Welcome to our "Mid-Mod Marvelous Mansion of Merriment!" This luxurious, sprawling ranch style is so stylish, even the furniture is considering a career in modeling. We spared no details, but we did spare a few feelings—mostly those of our envious neighbors who wish their homes were this fabulous.

2 Spacious Living Rooms w/Fireplace: Because one living room is so passé. We believe in options. Feel free to argue over which one has the comfier couch.
2 Master Suites w/En-Suite Baths: No more awkward bathroom-sharing encounters. These suites are so luxurious you might start charging yourself rent.
A Stylish, Fully Stocked Kitchen: Your inner chef will thank you. And if your inner chef is Gordon Ramsay, he might even crack a smile.
Dining Room: Because eating on the couch is for amateurs. Show off your table manners to your jealous friends.
Trendy 1940's Game Room: It's like time travel, but with more foosball and fewer paradoxes. Challenge your pals to a vintage game-off!

This place was perfect for our group. There were several different hangout areas in the home and lots of entertainment. We had so much fun exploring olde town Arvada. There were plenty of great restaurants, breweries and places to shop. I would 100% recommend the Eclectic Mid-Mod to anyone planning a visit to Denver. Five stars!

Colorado Vacation

The home was perfect for what we were looking for! We had 3 families with kids vacationing together and it was very accommodating within a great location. There were plenty of beds for different sleeping arrangement's for everyone, along with a bathroom for each family. The home was primarily clean with the only thing really noted of the LVT floors needing a good deep clean. I spoke to the property manager regarding the floors and to let their cleaning company know. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
