All of the home’s bedrooms are located on the first level and include a master king with an ensuite bathroom and oceanfront deck access, two queens, and a room with two bunk beds. All of the bedrooms feature new mattresses and TVs. There is also a full hallway bath and a laundry room on this level. The level above it reveals a warm and welcoming great room, with a half-bath, cathedral ceilings, and a wall of window sliders offering multiple access points to the oceanfront deck. Settle into the comfy sectional to catch a show on the Smart TV or perhaps let the more natural one outside grab your attention instead. Enjoy the gleaming white kitchen thoughtfully stocked with everything you need to prep meals that can be served at the five-stool breakfast counter or eight-seat dining table. Another four-seat table is available for meals but is also perfect for starting a puzzle or accommodating a card game. Looking for a little more active competition? Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
