This expansive 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home boasts an open-concept living space, perfect for socializing, and features a well-equipped kitchen and dining area for communal meals. The living room, adorned with plush furnishings and a sizable TV, creates a welcoming retreat. Just 300 feet to the beach, this beautiful home is located on the SOUTH side of Thomas Drive, meaning you have NO major roads to cross to get to the beach. As the saying goes: location Location, LOCATION!

The living room, kitchen and laundry are located on the ground floor, along with one of the king bedrooms. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor with the third floor hosting a large recreation area with foosball table and and additional sleeping options for the kids.

Close to grocery stores. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Bedding was comfortable and everyone was able to have their own space. Only downside was the lack of cookware in the kitchen if you plan to cook instead of eating out. Had to go purchase several items such as skillets and larger bowls just to make simple meals for our family of 10. Luckily we brought a few things from home because it’s a very bare kitchen. If you plan to eat out, won’t be an issue. Overall a great place for our family to enjoy!

Overall a Great Stay with minor inconvenience

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. It was exactly what we needed for a long weekend with friends. We did find that there were rules not listed in the property description that you only find out through the rental agreement they make you sign. For example, they have a policy in the agreement of what the air conditioning can be set at. The property is extremely close to the beach, which was almost empty when we went on a Sunday morning. The property does line a roadway so you will hear louder cars and motorcycles at night. The only safety concern we had was we were making our way out to the pool and found that a maintenance person was there doing work. We had three little kids with us so we would have had issues if they were out there and the worker had just walked back there. He came two times within a couple of hours. It would have been appreciated to get a heads up that this was going to happen during our stay and when so we could have been prepared for it.
