Your Little Slice of Heaven - Family and Friends Space for All in this Triplex

Your own family Compound at the beautiful beaches of PCB! This house is technically a triplex with a 3 bedroom unit down, a 2 bedroom unit up, and a Studio in the back upstairs complete with separate entrances. 2 full kitchens with 3 total fridges on the property for big families and friends. Your own private pool, nice outdoor living space protected from rain, and great amenities for your comfort and enjoyment! Very close to the beach it is about 60 yards from gate to sand with no busy streets to cross. Come enjoy!

This is the perfect house to enjoy extended family or family friends and still have your own space with multiple kitchens and units that completely shut off from the others. In addition, there is plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy the weather!

******All new living room furniture is coming in January or 2022 and Exterior furniture. Pieces in many bedrooms are being updated between January and early March. The entire interior is being painted in January as well.

Living rooms will include a queen sleeper in the upper main unit. The downstairs unit couch has a pop-up bed in it. The queen is good for two adults the downstairs 1 to 2 people depending on size.

The bedroom that can be cut through on the bottom level is getting on 3/2 a full over full bunk bed and new chest of drawers. This will increase sleep capacity by 2 and the bunk has steps up not a ladder.

End of January sleep capacity 12 in bedrooms and 14 to 15 with couch beds. 3/2/22 that will increase to 14 in bedrooms and 17 overall.

You will have access to the entire property, all three units, laundry room, patio, porch, and pool. The beach is 50 to 60 yards from the property, easy walk, and quite street I.e. not many cars.

Pool can be be heated for an additional $20 per night of your stay or $100 per week, whichever is less depending on length of stay.

We appreciate Nick for allowing us to stay at this location for our bachelor trip! There was more than enough space for 10 guys! We really love that the house is broken up into different sections! Very nice house, in a nice location, with less than a 5 minute walk to the beach!

I'm a family man that enjoys the sun, vacation, travel, and sports. This property works great for me to host my personal family and extend family. I have an 8, 12, and 19 year old and it works well when they want to bring friends, especially the oldest.

I have had vacation rentals since 2011 and care about providing a great atmosphere for you and your guests to feel comfortable!

Why they chose this property

This property is amazing for multi-families to enjoy time together while getting their own space. Example family A has small kids and get up early say 6:30 AM and want to get food and coffee going they can in one unit, while family B sleeps until 9 and is not disturbed in the unit they are in. Then the grandparents can get their own space in the studio unit.

This is just one example how this works very well to give you an idea.

A fence runs around the entire property making it easy to keep kids safe while they have fun running around and swimming. While providing nice privacy!
