Robinson Style Tourism. Freedom And Solitude In Full Comfort.

Blissfully detached Mediterranean style house on a secluded land of 20.000 sqm. It is one of the few places of virgin nature, preserved in its authentic shape and appearance by just a few necessary interventions into area and garden planning. Situated among the groves of pines and olives the house Punta offers our guests full comfort and romantic atmosphere. A wild stone beach and a jetty are just 30 meters from the house. The nearest settlement Milna is 3 miles away, about 15 minutes drive by country road through vineyards and olive groves. The road is a combination of asphalt and macadam and leads to a private shaded parking lot 40 meters from the house. Escape from civilization and experience total freedom and serenity.
The house itself is built in typical dalmatian style with a 40 m2 shaded terrace.

AMAZING!!!

I’m torn. If I write a really good review, others will want to rent this place and I will not be able to rent it again. But in the spirit honesty, I have to say it was simply amazing! If you want seclusion, beauty and comfort, this is the place. It’s absolutely beautiful! The sea breeze keeps it cool even though it was 95/36 degrees. The water is clear and the smell of the pines and trees around are mesmerizing. We loved our stay here. We wish we could have stayed several more days. The bedrooms are comfortable, if not spacious. The kitchen is well appointed with very nice appliances, quality fixtures and an incredible view that will make you never want to leave it. We often stood in the kitchen and just gazed at the sea. The outdoor furniture is usually the first thing to deteriorate, but the loungers, the chairs, whether on the patio or by the sea are in perfect shape. There is nothing about this place that should make you hesitate. This was truly a find. Our host went out of her way and left wine, cheese and nuts and water for us. She took care of us wonderfully! Thank you!!!

Gesucht und gefunden. Ruhe und Erholung pur. Ein wahrer „Robinson“-Traum

Wir waren eine 6-köpfige Familie (3-Generationen). Die Unterkunft hatte für uns alle ausreichend Platz. Wie beschrieben liegt das Haus ein wenig abseits, jedoch nicht abgeschieden. Einige Häuser befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung - ohne jedoch diese wirklich zu bemerken. Bis zum nächsten hübschen Städtchen Milna sind es ungefähr 10-15Minuten Autofahrt (ein Teil Schotterstrasse, problemlos befahrbar), dort findet man alles was man braucht. 3 Läden, Bäckerei, Restaurants. Das Haus selbst ist ein ursprüngliches Steinhaus, welches schön renoviert wurde. Die Küche ist neu mit einem doppeltürigen Kühlschrank und grossem Gefrierfach. Ausserdem bietet die Küche alles was gebraucht wird. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig mit bequemen Betten und Kissen. Draussen war ein grosser Tisch für 6 Personen aufgestellt, 2 Liegestühle und ein Liegesofa unter dem Vordach. Auf dem Gelände selbst noch Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten. Der Garten ist riesig & wunderschön. Ein Pinienparadies mit Mandel- & Olivenbäumen. Der Zugang zum Strand bzw ins Meer war super. Wie waren mit zwei Kids (9 & 11) dort und es war kein Problem. Das Wasser wird rasch tief, aber für Schwimmer perfekt. Der erwähnte Bootsverkehr war für uns überhaupt nicht störend, da niemand zu nah kommt und auch niemand dort ankert. Schattenplätze direkt am Meer/Strand vorhanden sowie weitere 3 Liegestühle. Der Eigentümer Dalibor war sehr herzlich und jederzeit für für Fragen und Anliegen erreichbar. Tolles Haus! 5/5 Punkten. Wunderbare Ferien in erholsamer Natur

Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen Urlaub Anfang Juli 2023 im Haus Punta sehr genossen. Der Garten und der private Strand sind wunderschön. Wir und unsere 2 Hunde haben die Ruhe und Freiheit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist klein, bietet aber alles was man braucht und ist sauber. Wir waren zu dritt mit 2 Hunden und fanden es ideal. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die einzigen Nachteile des Hauses sind der oft beschriebene Anfahrtsweg (mit unserem SUV war es kein Problem, allerdings fährt man 15 Minuten bei max 20 Km/h) aber darauf waren wir eingestellt. Auch auf sehr viele Mücken waren wir gut vorbereitet, mit Mückensprays und Mückennetzen die wir über das Bett montiert haben. Das empfehlen wir sehr, da es leider keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern gab. Wer nicht gerne Insekten, grosse Spinnen, Geckos, Schmetterlinge, Käfer und Eidechsen sowie grosse Heuschrecken und Zikaden mag, sollte nicht dieses Haus buchen. 😉 Das Einzige was uns teilweise ziemlich gestört hat, war der enorme Schiffsverkehr. Auf soooo viele Schiffe waren wir nicht eingestellt und v.a. nicht auf die Lautstärke mancher Boote und Schiffe bzw. Fähren. Es fahren auch viele Schiffe mit lauter Musik vorbei und manche kommen zu nahe am Ufer vorbei. Auch Nachts bzw. frühmorgens fahren ein paar. Es geht zu wie auf einer viel befahrenen Strasse. Oft ist das spannend und unterhaltsam, teilweise aber störend. Vermutlich ist das aber nur in der Hochsaison so. Dennoch würden wir sofort wieder kommen. 😊

Perfekte Sommertage an einem paradiesischen Ort

Nach der holprigen Fahrt über die Schotterpiste vom beschaulichen Hafenörtchen Milna aus schließt sich das Tor hinter dem Wagen, und dann orchestrieren nur das Zirpen der Grillen und das Rauschen der Wellen die vollendete Einsamkeit in der Natur. Bisweilen bringen vorbeiziehende Schiffe das kristallklare Wasser am felsigen Strand in Bewegung. Die Seele kommt zur Ruhe, der Körper wählt sich einen der zahllosen schattigen Plätze auf dem weitläufigen Grund, bis der Geruch des frisch gegrillten Fisches alle auf der Terasse vereint. Haus Punta, was für ein paradiesischer Ort! Die wunderbaren Eindrücke dieses Sommers werden wir als Familie nicht vergessen. Vielen Dank an Biserka, die uns eine großartige Gastgeberin war und das bestens ausgestatte Haus so makellos für uns vorbereitet hat! Wir waren begeistert.

Naturnahes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub im Haus von Dalibor verbracht. Die Bilder und die Beschreibungen entsprechen den Tatsachen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und abgelegen. Die Anfahrt über 500 m Schotterpiste ist jedes Mal eine kleine Herausforderung. Das Meer ist einfach großartig und der Schiffsverkehr zwischen den beiden Inseln stört nur selten. Wir sind sehr lieb von Dalibors Mutter willkommen geheißen worden und uns wurde alles gezeigt. Auf Anfragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert.

Magnificent!

We spent one week at this lovely location. It is as described and more. The house is clean and cozy with an wondefully rustic appeal surrounded by a beautifully designed garden with lush vegetation and enough shade if you seek it. The house is well equipped with everything you might need and has its own rocky beach, where you can loose yourself staring into the turqoise waters for hours on end (or swim in them of course, which we did plenty). The hosts, Dalibor and Biserka, were very friendly and hospitable and left no questions unanswered. On arrival there even were a bottle of wine, slices of fresh melon and Pršut waiting for us in the fridge! (Which were delicious by the way, thank you again, Biserka!) In addition there was an ample supply of drinking water left for us by the hosts. Although the house was a 4km drive down a dirt road (we were guided down to the house by Biserka, who picked us up in Milna so we did not get lost), it was an ok drive with our Ford Mondeo Turnier and the car got away without a scratch. If you are a runner, you can buy your stuff during a morning jog as we did, or I can imagine mountainbiking would be another nice option to get around as well without having to use the car more often then necessary. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay and are definitely thinking about coming back!

Kommt dem Paradies schon ziemlich nahe...

Es gibt eigentlich nur einen nennenswerten Nachteil: die Anfahrt. Kurz nach Milna wird die Straße zu einem wirklich abenteuerlichen Feldweg. Andererseits: Auf diese Straße verirrt sich kein anderer, so ist man in diesem Garten Eden wirklich ungestört. Zum Ferienhaus gehört ein riesiges Grundstück. Oberhalb ein Olivenhain und unterhalb ein Pinienwäldchen. Und mittendrin das urige Steinhaus mit einer richtig großen, schattigen Terrasse. 30 Meter durchs Wäldchen ist man am Meer, wie für Kroatien typisch mit Felsenküste. Zwar ist ein Einstieg betoniert und mit Grobkies versehen, aber trotzdem sind Badeschuhe ein Muss. Das Wasser ist wunderbar klar und lädt zum Schnorcheln ein. Auch am Strand gibt es weit und breit keine Nachbarn, aufgrund des Nadelöhrs zur Nachbarinsel Šolta fahren allerdings viele Yachten und etliche Fähren in Sichtweite vorbei. Wir fanden das aber eher interessant als störend. Im Haus war wirklich alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten: Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Bettzeug, Strandliegen, Moskitonetz, Bocciabahn, an alles ist gedacht. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich mit Liebe gestaltet, ebenso der Garten. Der Aufenthalt war so ruhig und erholsam, dass wir fast alle geplanten Ausflüge (bis auf den Tagestrip mit dem Katamaran nach Split) cancelten und lieber den Tag am Strand und im Garten verbrachten. Schade für die Insel Brač, aber ein Kompliment für dieses wirklich traumhafte Ferienhaus.

Wonderful winter stay in the paradise

What could we say? In simple words, the house and location is quite perfect for a relaxing quiet holiday without neighbors. The house is well equipped with all you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The towels und all other equipment smells fresh and everything is very clean. In the living room is a wonderful fire place, which is perfect for a winter stay. The garden is wonderful with a well-equipped and cozy terrace with grill house. You can sit directly at the rocky coast and enjoy the nature and the sea. The landlord Dalibor is a lovely and very helpful person, he takes care of all your needs. Last but not least, we were very surprised that extra a Christmas tree was set up for us, this completed the very warm and cozy impression of all. Thank you very much, it was wonderful!

Ein besonderer Ort für schöne & erholsame Tage direkt am Meer

Die absoluten Highlights der Unterkunft sind unseres Erachtens: 1. Die Gastgeber: bereits im Vorfeld waren die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit immer erreichbar und haben alle unsere Fragen sehr schnell beantwortet. Wir wurden extrem herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort unheimlich wohl gefühlt. Während der gesamten Zeit waren die Vermieter für uns erreichbar und haben sich regelmäßig nach uns erkundigt. Dalibor & Biserka: thank you very much, you made this Place and our holidays really special! 2. Die direkte Nähe zum Meer: es sind ca. 50m zum Privat-Strand und man kann den Sonnenuntergang wunderschön ( auch von der Küche und der Terrasse aus) genießen. Am dazugehörigen privaten(!) Meerzugang kann man hervorragend ins glasklare Wasser gehen und schwimmen, schnorcheln oder Boot fahren. Wir hatten an der Boje am Haus tagsüber ein Motorboot mit ca. 7m Länge festgemacht; Nachts sind wir allerdings auf Nummer sicher gegangen und haben das Boot lieber in die Marina nach Milna gebracht. 3. Das riesige Grundstück / die große Terrasse: so viel Platz war ein absoluter Traum, v.a. für unseren Hund! Dass das Haus etwas kleiner war als gedacht (wir waren mit 4 erwachsenen Personen dort und das war komfortabel), hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da wir die meiste Zeit eh im Freien verbracht haben, vor allem auf der großen Terrasse; sie bietet viel Platz und selbst an sehr heißen Tagen ausreichend viel Schatten und sogar mittags eine leichte Brise. Morgens & Abends sollte man allerdings ausreichend Mückenschutz auftragen. Flora & Fauna ohne Flora & Fauna ist (leider) unmöglich. 4. Die abgeschiedene (landseitige) Lage Am Anfang für uns etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ein absoluter Genuss-, Erholungs- & später Suchtfaktor. Die Anfahrt führt wie beschrieben über einen längeren Schotterweg, ist etwas beschwerlich und war Anfangs für uns schwer zu finden. Der naheliegende Ort Milna (ca. 30 Min. per Fuß) hat uns sehr gut gefallen und bietet alles was man braucht. Wie hier auch beschrieben fahren zwischen den beiden Inseln seeseitig teilweise recht viele Schiffe am Haus vorbei; wir fanden das allerdings eher interessant als störend (nachts hatten wir keine größere Lärmstörungen). Die Ausstattung im Haus und das Haus selbst sind OK (hat offiziell 3 Sterne); es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt; man sollte aber keinen Luxus erwarten. Das WLAN war auch ok, allerdings gibt es am Haus & Strand auch LTE-Empfang, der teilweise allerdings deutlich besser war.

Sehr schönes, geschmackvolles Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir haben gemeinsam mit unseren drei Kindern das Ferienhaus Punta 2018 bewohnt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Schon die Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin mit einem kleinen Snack und Getränken war sehr freundlich . Die Alleinlage ist einfach toll, der Felsstrand mit Badestelle am Sprungturm lässt sich zum Baden und Schnorcheln super nutzen. Für insgesamt fünf Personen war das Haus jedoch nicht wirklich geeignet, es ist sogar für sechs Personen angegeben. Es gibt zwei vollwertige Schlafzimmer, eine Person musste im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Die Fenster konnte man hier kaum öffnen da es viele Moskitos gab. Dadurch hat immer einer aus der Familie draußen auf der Terrasse übernachtet und musste sich vorher ordentlich mit Mückenspray einsprühen. Das ging auch, war aber nicht ideal. Als weiteres Manko haben wir den teils extremen Schiffsverkehr, insbesondere der Fährverkehr empfunden. Gerade die Katamaranfähren fahren teilweise auch nachts und sind sehr laut. Insgesamt jedoch ein wunderschönes Haus auf einem traumhaften Grundstück mit alleiniger Strandnutzung.

A very calm and peaceful place. For everybody who wants to escape from the hectic everyday life and don't mind to be away from the next village 15 minutes by car on a dirt road. The house is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen has much more than you ever expect in a rental house. Just great! Very kind and helpful hostess. Thanks again for everything and I'm sure we'll be back!

Ein Stück vom Paradies

Wir waren Anfang August mit unseren zwei Mädels (9 & 11) für 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus Punta. Schon der erste Eindruck war überwältigend: Wir wurden von der Hauswirtin mit Prosecco und einem kleinem Imbiss begrüßt, obwohl wir deutlich verspätet angekommen sind. Das Grundstück ist riesig und liebevoll gepflegt. Das Haus ist rustikal gebaut, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt verschiedene Terassen und Sitzgelegenheiten um das Haus herum und über das gesamt Grundstück verteilt. Im Grillhäuschen (natürlich mit reichlich Holzvorräten) haben wir sensationell leckeres Lamm und tollen Fisch zubereitet. Beides gibt's beim sehr freundlichen Metzger bzw. fangfrisch von den Fischern in Milna. Das beste für uns war aber sicher der sehr schöne Steinstrand mit perfektem Zugang auf der einen und einem kleinen Sprungturm auf der anderen Seite. Und das ganze komplett für uns - trotz Hauptsaison waren wir immer allein. Wir haben direkt vor unserem Strand beim Schorcheln viele verschiede Fische u.a. Tintenfische und Stachelrochen beobachtet. Ingesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen in allen Belangen deutlich übertroffen. Vielen Dank an Familie B. Martina & Robert

Just magic, a place to come back to !

10 reasons why this place is magic and you should not miss it: 1. The stone house with its huge shady terrace is pure romance and kept in perfect state 2. The garden is more a park, it’s huge, giving you lots of space to stroll around and many different corners to enjoy 3. You have your own private stone beach; if you like naturism nobody will mind 4. There is an easy access to the sea, no urchins. We didn’t need bathing shoes. 5. You have not a single neighbor, peace and quiet are guaranteed. The only noise is due to crickets and sometimes boats passing by 6. The lot is oriented towards sunset 7. Even though being away from everybody and everything, with a car or a bike you can reach the quaint little town of Milna (grocery shops, restaurants) within only 4 km 8. The coast towards the monastery of Blaca is gorgeous and offers mountain bike trails and hidden beaches without any traffic 9. The house itself is more equipped than you’d ever expect in such a remote corner (not only a dishwasher, but as well a machine for clothes and good WLAN). We didn’t miss a thing, there’s even an iron and a mixer. 10. We were allowed to take our dog with us ... and if he could he’d stay in Casa Punta for the rest of his life The owners are very kind and helpful. All in all this is a place we are positive we’ll long for and come back to in the future. What you need to know: - The last few 100 meters of the road might be difficult for cars without 4WD (we didn’t mind, our car is a 4WD) - The gravel roads around need good tires on a bike - bring mosquito plugs, there are some at/after dawn. A long pair of pants and a longsleeved T-Shirt are sufficient though. - the ship route from Split to several islands is in front of the house, but they circulate in a distance and never at night. You won’t have a problem bathing, but some of the ships have noisy motors. So if you don’t like to watch them and feel disturbed by „water traffic“, you might mind. We didn’t, we had fun to „watch the rest of the world pass by“... - Don’t drag too many clothes with you, you won’t need them! - Please count on watering the plants around the house each day, if it’s hot they need it and the surroundings wouldn’t be as beautiful if you don’t take good care.

Why they chose this property

This is our family summer cottage. Built in 1964, it has been used by four generations as the place for leisure, recreation and entertainment. The property is one of a kind for its location, atmosphere and privacy. We started renting the house some 12 years ago. It soon became an enjoyable adventure and a marvelous experience. Besides a financial benefit, we also profited through meeting a number of wonderful people from all over the world. Many of our guests keep returning for as long as their family situation allows.

What makes this property unique

Because it is at the same time close and far from any aspect of urban life. Thick forest and shrubbery divides our land from the nearest neighbor. The only sign of civilization are the boats passing by on their way from Split to the islands of Central Dalmatia. Such location allows for utmost freedom and invigorating dive into pristine nature. Feel free and comfortable in your skin. Travel light! BE MODERN ROBINSONS!
On the other hand, the fishermen village Milna, at some 15 minutes drive by a country road, offers a number of shops, outdoor market place, post office, outpatient clinic, church, wine cellars, restaurants and coffee bars. It is also a starting point for any of day trips of the island you decide to take.
