About this property

One Bedroom Penthouse Apartment in 20th Century Brownstone in Harlem.

I love my place, filled with excellent books, films, art, and curtains to make your nights homey, cozy, quiet, warm, relaxing, and comfortable. The bed is a Tempurpedic Queen Size Bed for a super comfortable night's rest.
A fabulous French Wine Bar with delicious food is on the far corner of the block and Lenox Ave [a 2-minute walk]. Next door is a Wine store that also sells high-end liquor. Lenox also has a local grocery store, Whole Foods, Marcus Samuleson's Red Rooster, and other bustling restaurants, Italian, Japanese, Taqueria, Rossterie, Smoke Shop, Jamaican, The Famous Sylvia's Soul Food, Chipotle, Indian, Pizza, and more.
The heart of Harlem, 125th / Lenox Ave., is bustling most days and nights. The Apollo Theatre, and soon the National Black Theatre, Magic Movie Theaters, City MD, and much more. Central Park is at 110th Street, a nice walk down.
