A comfortable 1 bedroom/1bath completely furnished self catering loft apt. (950 sq.ft.) located in the heart of lower Manhattan's buzzy Tribeca neighborhood. Walking distance to Greenwich Village, Soho, Financial district, Tribeca, Chinatown & Chelsea. This historic 19th century landmarked area is also lower Manhattan's premier filmmaking centre, with much resident celeb spotting. Tribeca is an early area of NY not permitted to be altered or changed by NY landmarks commission. It’s a peek into a bygone era, with many restored architectural icons, best enjoyed by walking along the wide, foot friendly 19th century early cobblestone streets..
This is a 2nd floor (no elevator), 950 sq ft complete 1 bedroom 1 bath loft apt. Works well for a couple as vacation spot or doing remote work. No pets, no parties, smoking or unaccompanied minors. More photos on IG at tribecarental.

Walk to Greenwich Village, Soho, Tribeca, Lower East Side, Chinatown or Freedom Tower. Uber, Taxis, with all nearby subways. Easy access to art galleries, museums. theater, shopping. Foodies have much to celebrate, as we are surrounded by award winning chef owned restaurants. Tennis, city bike rentals, batting cages, basketball, volleyball, mini golf at nearby Hudson River Park Promenade, with traffic free biking and jogging paths that run uptown and down for miles along the river. Children’s playground and splash pool nearby. Winter brings 4 season activities such as: Ice skating in Central Park or Rockefeller Center with the annual Christmas tree light pageant and all 5th Avenue stores decorated for holidays. as well as on/off Broadway theatre.
Note Check in (after 3PM) and check out (10AM) times, unless arrangements are made in advance for a later check out (if available). If you have an early AM arrival book the night before for earlier access. If you have a late departure book an addtl day (if available), as another guest may be arriving. We mail keys for a contactless self check in, so make sure we have your address and enough time to receive keys. Online calendar may not be up to date. Beth said June 17, 2020: The owners were very accommodating and checked up on our stay a couple of times through the week, making sure we are enjoying our vacation and that we had everything we needed. It was so nice to have a place to retreat to after hours of sight-seeing. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room, grabbing a snack and glass of wine from the fridge. Facilities were clean, Wifi worked great and it was very quiet, which was a bonus.

Fantastic apartment, wonderful stay

Apartment was amazing - as other reviews state, the layout is perfect for those wanting to have a little additional space and/or privacy. Hallway separating rooms gives the feel of 2 apts joined together. Location was great, no noise, and owners are great to work with. We hope to stay here again next year on our annual trip to NYC!

Fabulous Loft in Tribeca!

This spectacular loft apartment in Tribeca was a dream come true! Five women from Minnesota were greeted by an incredible place to spend their four days in New York City; spacious rooms, five comfortable beds, a large kitchen with every cooking utensil available, two full bathrooms - all of this near the subway and fun restaurants filled with atmosphere. Jillian was a dream to work with; totally professional in explaining the rental process and always available to answer even the smallest questions and concerns. We all felt that a five-star rating was not high enough and we would encourage anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay in New York to look no further!

Perfect for our family of 6. Very accommodating

I have stayed at properties around the world and I have to give kudos for the communication and follow-up before, during and after our stay. We found the place large by Manhattan standards. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and place to sleep. The apartment is very well stocked and convenient to shopping necessities - had many meals 'at home' which is important in pricey Manhattan with hungry teenagers. It is also just a couple of blocks to several different metro lines. The instructions before and during left no questions. I have to say I was weary of providing a credit card vs. booking through the site, but everything was on the up-and-up and flowed like clockwork. I could not believe it when I get the deposit back the day after I returned home - never seen that before. Our host was very accommodating which made the trip extra special. I will definitely consider this apartment again for trips to NYC. THANKS!

Great Visit

I stayed for 6 weeks for work. The renters we super attentive and communicated perfectly. They extended the WiFi so I was able to have faster speeds. All in all this was a perfect stay and I would definitely stay again!

Convenient and spacious!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartments were very clean and spacious and in a great location. It was easy to get to the subway and there were some nice spots to have dinner that were close by. Also a very convenient gourmet grocery store just a short walk away.

Huge Apartment

Huge Apartment for New York. Plenty of room to spread out. 2 bathrooms. Nice big kitchen. And very clean. There's 25 steps to the apartment. For some older people this might be a problem. Great location on a quiet side street but around the corner from major streets. Safe and secure location. Will definitely stay again.

Spacious Apt - Quiet Street

We stayed at the 2 bedroom apt for 5 nights and had a great time. The place is exactly like the pictures but even roomier than it looks. I think it was once two apts that are now combined into one so there's lots of space. It is on a quiet street but in a really good central location - easy access to other New York neighborhoods. We were provided a lot of detail about the check in / check out process beforehand and felt taken care of while we were there. Thanks for letting us stay in your great apt!

Lovely large apartment in a great area

We (family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed in this huge loft apartment for 1 week in late July 2016 and have nothing but good things to say about the apartment and the area in which it is located. The owners were very helpful in communicating prior to our visit and the apartment was better than we anticipated. It is very large and has all the necessary amenities. It is well maintained and clean and gave us everything we needed for a great holiday in New York. It is great for a family as it gives you all the space you could need with 2 lounge areas and large, well equipped kitchen and separate bedroom areas. It is well located within the TriBeCa area and is also on a nice quiet street. Being very close to a number of subway stations (we used Canal Street a lot) it has a number of nice restaurants/supermarkets/shops within the vicinity. It is very easy to walk downtown - 15 minute walk to Ground Zero and 25 minute walk to Battery Park, where we took the Cruise to Liberty and Ellis Island. It is also within walking distance (if you are happy to walk) of Greenwich Village and East Village, China Town and Little Italy. It is also very easy to go uptown via subway. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and if we go back to NYC we would certainly try and book this apartment again. Thanks to the owners.

Great space and location!

This apartment was perfect! We traveled to NY with our family of 5, teenage/adult children and the space was perfect. Roomy, plenty of beds, well stocked kitchen, comfortable sitting areas where the teens could have their privacy while mom and dad took a quick power nap. Great location to fun shops, restaurants, subway all easy walking. I was surprised at how quiet it was in the evening especially. The owners were great to work with, flexible in the arrangements and quick to respond. Will recommend to friends and hopefully return again soon. Thank you!

Location, Location, Location

My husband and I and another couple stayed at this spacious loft for six nights. We liked that there are two separate living areas plus a huge kitchen. This is a much better value than two tiny hotel rooms. It is on a quiet street, so noise is minimal. There are five different subway lines within a ten minute walk which was a real plus for us. Not many neighborhoods in Manhattan can offer that variety. There are also lots of good restaurants in the area (we ate at Two Hands and Petrarca) as well as Gourmet Garage, an upscale grocery store. Within easy walking distance is the 9/11 Memorial and Little Italy. This was a great stay!

Spacious and comfy apt for 5 women

We were 5 women in NYC for the Bike NYC ride first weekend in May. The apt was large enough for all of our needs and provided a clean and comfortable place to sleep. The kitchen had ample utensils and appliances, though we only ate light bites and lounged briefly. The location is easily accessible by subway and by car (coming in from Virginia). The pictures showed the same furniture though some pieces have been moved to other locations in the apt. Most of all, the owners were always reachable and kept constant communication with me before, during, and after our stay. Nice apt, nice time. Thank you.

Spacious accommodations in Tribeca

What a great weekend in Tribeca! We were very happy to find an apt that had individual sleeping space for 5 adults. We loved that there were 2 spacious living rooms were we could all sit comfortably, 2 full bathrooms and a large open kitchen. The subway, great restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, Chinatown and Little Italy were minutes from the apt. The manager was awesome to work with and communicated every step of the way. I highly recommend this property!!

Perfect accomodatgion for our group

This apartment played a major part in making our first trip to New York a great success. It was a wonderfully relaxing space to return to after being out and about for long sightseeing days. We found it to be a well established 'loft ' apartment, accommodating six of our party in the age range of 17 to 60 with the young adults having generous space, almost a min-apartment to themselves. This worked wonderfully well. The apartment is well equipped as described. Although located in a street where buildings are being reconstructed, there was no noise nuisance whatsoever. The rather steep flights of stairs form the front door to the apartment might be a challenge for some however. For us ,the location was perfect. We had a great feel of New Yorkers going about their business and for a brief time being part of that. Two other members of our group stayed at the Tribeca Grand hotel just around the corner. There is a subway station not far away. There are cafes, restaurants and pubs galore to suit whatever preferences and budgets you have. One of our group is gluten intolerant and she was thrilled to have a great deal more choice in the menus provided locally. Booking and communicating online with the owner was excellent. The group leader is new to booking holiday lets online, but the owner's communication was extremely clear and reassuring. I would certainly recommend this apt and this owner very highly to friends who are looking for a similar experience of New York.

Tribeca Loft

This apartment is in an excellent location. Quiet, but close to major streets. It is a huge space with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped, large and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner for 5 around the table.. The artwork in the apartment is like being in a gallery...The bathrooms are small but adequate...Beds were on platforms, low to the floor, queen in one room, twins in the other..2 separate living areas. There was a food store around the corner for last minute items, BREAD restaurant was good, the subway was very convenient, My very minor complaint is that the lighting could be better..as could ventilation. It was quite warm in the apartment, windows were not to be opened. The owner was very good at communicating and emailing. All in all a very nice stay in NYC for Thanksgiving.

Like 2 apartments in one!

This apartment was clean, well-organized and in a great location. Franklin is a relatively quiet street, so noise was minimal. Also, the way it was laid out, with one living area/bathroom/bedroom separated from the other by a hallway, made it like two apartments in one - ideal for friends travelling together but who want privacy. The apartment was spotless - only one tiny complaint, and that was the wifi didn't work in the front room. But really, hardly a big deal!
