Step into the vibrant world of "Oakwood Quad Haven"! Our unit welcomes up to 6 guests, featuring a luxurious master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a second bedroom equipped with two twin beds, making it perfect for families or groups.

Indulge in the convenience of two well-appointed bathrooms. The fully stocked kitchen and adjacent dining area create the perfect space for crafting delicious meals. Kick back and relax in the inviting living space adorned with modern amenities.

This fully renovated townhouse has kitchen and living space downstairs, Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with their own private and separate bathrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a king bed, 55 inch smart TV and private bathroom, another bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and private bathroom. Thermal blackout curtains throughout the unit.

We want to sincerely thank all of our guests who took the time to share feedback about the road conditions leading to the property. Your comments are truly appreciated—as we continuously strive to provide both comfort and convenience for everyone who stays with us.

In response, we’ve taken action by repairing the potholes on the road leading to the unit. With these improvements, the road is now more safely and conveniently accessible for all types of vehicles, ensuring smooth entry and exit for all our guests.

    All in all this a great place with all the upgrades on the interior that you could ask for. The driveway to the townhouse can be tricky for a car with low clearance as there are some potholes to navigate. Once you get past those and start down the hill to the unit you will be at ease with your surroundings. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to construction. Overall a safe and pleasant stay.

    Comfortable and easy

    The inside has been remodeled and is quite nice. It is well equipped and comfortable. AC works well and keeps the unit nice and cool The only complaints would be the very thin interior walls and the road leading to the unit is treacherous. Other than that it is a good place if you need lodging close to Road Atlanta.

    Better inside than outside

    First impressions approaching the property I thought I was driving through a crime neighborhood. The street potholes will mess up your alignment. Now. The unit itself outside looked liked it was in a crime neighborhood. The unit inside was awesome its remodeled to almost luxury status. The interior smelled good and clean. You'd never know how beautiful the inside was based on the outside. I think the owner has a few things to learn about hospitality. They need to provide tissues. Using an ultraviolet light to examine for bodily fluids and soap residue not seen by normal light reveals more attention is needed to cleaning. The owner was super responsive 5 stars.So to recap.The owner gets 5 stars.The neighborhood 1 star.Exterior 1 starInterior 5 starsOne advantage to location is it's quiet and being at the end of the street you only hear other renters.No street noise! Thanks for the rental.
