A vista é excelente, so que o imovel, esta muito desgastado, cozinha as portas e gavetas do armario , sem condiçoes de mexer, cheiro muito forte de imovel fechado, colchão antigo,ventiladores, muito empoerados,infelismente não foi o que esperavamos. Fora isso maquina de lavar louças fechada com durex, significando estar quebrada.

Apartamento excelente e muito bem localizado só a contagem da diária que não achei muito justo pois paguei por 3 diárias e fiquei no apartamento apena duas diárias e meia entrei quinta as 16horas e precisei sair no domingo as 11hs.

O Apartamento é exatamente como mostram as fotos. espaçoso e confortável. Muito bem localizado, em frente a praia com uma vista maravilhosa de toda a orla d de Santos. O apartamento tem tudo de que precisamos , perto de supermercados , feira- livre, shoppings, padarias , farmácias, barzinho , lanchonetes, dava pra fazer tudo a pé. A praia muito tranquila ótima para estar com as crianças. Fui com a família e amigos , adoramos a estadia passamos dez dias maravilhosos, e apesar de muita névoa e alguns dias um pouco frio , porque afinal estávamos no inverno nos divertimos bastante. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo proprietário, o Sr. Sérgio, nos recebeu muito bem foi muito atencioso. O apartamento e todas as dependências do condomínio muito limpos, os funcionários muito educados e prestativos , merecem nota 1000 , assim como Sr. Sérgio. Todos os moradores do condomínio que encontramos foram de uma cortesia e gentileza ,ímpar. Só temos que a gradecer ao Sérgio a oportunidade de usufruir de um imóvel maravilhoso e esperamos poder retornar em breve . Com certeza super recomendo o aluguel por temporada deste imóvel.
