Welcome to unit D1, your very own Ocean View Caribbean Home away from home.

This completely renovated villa with free 100mb Wifi offers a large corner balcony featuring sweeping views of St. John and Jost Van Dyke. Enjoy outdoor dining for four while taking in the beautiful views that can be enjoyed throughout the villa. The large living area with sleeper sofa, love seat, and wall mounted flat screen TV is the perfect place to relax during your stay. The living area opens to the indoor dining area with seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen offers all new stainless-steel appliances, stone counter tops, new custom cabinets, and bar stool seating for two. The elevated bedroom with king size bed allows for direct views of the ocean and surrounding islands. Accordion shutters allow for privacy between the bedroom and living area. The bathroom offers a large shower and vanity area.

Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and remote business travelers, our resort boasts proximity to key attractions such as Coki Beach (2 min away), Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium (3 min away), the ferry to St. John (5 min away, passport not required), and the world-famous Megan's Bay (10 min away).

Ensuring your security and comfort, our resort offers 24-hour security, in-room safes, complimentary unlimited 100mb WiFi, and resort cable TV. Front desk staff are on hand to assist with watersports and charter arrangements, adding to your memorable experience.

Accurate to description. Great bar with wonderful staff on site, Sea & Sun. Don’t worry if you don’t have a car, the shuttle service is quick to make sure you get where you need to on the property. There are a lot of stairs and unit is on 2nd floor. It wasn’t hard to get up and down but if you have mobility issues it could be an issue getting to restaurant and bar. Check with resort for your specific needs. We will stay again.

Beautiful Views

This was our second time staying in this location. This apartment was absolutely beautiful, with a wrap around deck, lots of light, good quality furniture. We got towels at the front desk and could exchange everyday. Great vacation for active couples/groups of any age. Kids/Teens could adventure on the complex a bit but would recommend a car for great hikes and beaches on Saint Thomas-lots of things to see within 30 minutes. Love the easy access to Saint John. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time back in as many months. We love Point Pleasant - the views, the location, the staff. We noticed some new faces this time around and the staff was extremely helpful this last visit. We appreciated having the newer snorkel gear available for our use and the unit was very clean. We also appreciated the flexibility of being able to check out an hour later to accommodate our travel schedule. We recommended the resort to a handful of people that we met since our experiences at Point Pleasant have been much more favorable than past visits to [another resort]. Thanks for another wonderful visit!

Hillside condo with view of St. John

Our top of the hill condo allowed for a stunning view of Lindquist Beach and St. John's beyond. We wished our balcony had more than just a table and 4 chairs, so that we could relax and enjoy the view. We found a few kitchen items that were damaged and had to be replaced. Loved the bedroom positioned so we could enjoy the beautiful sunrise each morning. Our condo was on the end, and we did hear some road and industrial noise. Because we chose to stay on the top level of Pt. Pleasant Resort, we did a lot of walking up and down on the unique stone step trails to the pools, lobby and the water. Good exercise, but be aware there are a lot of steps. The resort is in a good location, close to several beaches, Red Hook, and the ferry to St. John. If you are a walker, you can walk to Margaritaville, Coki Beach, and Coral World. Portable beach chairs would have been a great addition and much appreciated. The staff at Pt. Pleasant was very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful time.

I went to the pool to just relax and the site wasn’t pretty I was disappointed I couldn’t even enjoy

I don’t think thy are doing a good job with this place or maybe the area where I was. The entrance of my room was dirty like it wasn’t clean for days the stairs the same, for that kind of money I paid I was expecting the resort to be better. The pool site was disgusting. I should get part of my money back.

First time to St Thomas

Mom with two adult daughters. Our stay was WONDERFUL! Marvelous views, clean apartment, food nearby, great check in. We arrived home late one night by cab, checked in at the gate, and went to our condo. Five minutes later on-site seciurty showed up to make sure we made it home. I felt very safe. We didn't meet the owner but the pictures are accurate, everything was very clean, and communication very good. The apartment is at the top of a steep hill with winding roads and many stairs. From roughly 9am - 6pm there are free shuttles up and down the hill. After 6pm you're on your own to get up the hill.. The pool near our apartment was quiet, had spectacular views, and we often had it to ourselves. Locally sourced, handmade soaps provided in the room were wonderful! Front desk help was friendly, knowledgeable, and made our stay easier by answering our myriad of questions. Must take taxi from airport to condo, cost was $16pp, they use American dollars, cash is best. 100% would stay here again!

Great location, room was nice...great view; staff friendly, especially Willie and Celine. Only negative is the cleanliness of the room. Sheets in the pull-out sofa weren’t clean and there was a big clump if hair in the dish rack that holds the clean dishes. Other than that it was a great location.

Best Vacation Ever!

I would definitely give it a 5 star rating. We had great time & it was good to get to know the folks down in Shoreline. We look forward to coming back & check out the new restaurant when you get it opened. Also the trips on the Daydreamer cat were outstanding. The crew, boat & trips were some of the highlights of the trip. You have a great place & great people working for you. Don’t change a thing.
