Nice location
Property manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with , very kind and prompt.
No central air *
Only one ac was working and had to leave door to bedroom open so other guest(on an extremely uncomfortable pull out ) had a little cool air . Was told place was due for renovation and it sure needs it . Driveway retains water so be careful walking at night . If I knew all this I would have negotiated price
All that being said the location was very good , few min walk to grace beach.
