Relaxing, cozy and romantic 2/2 beach getaway just minutes away from beautiful Manasota Beach. Centrally located in Manasota Key along the shores of South Florida, this gorgeous gem in located just minutes away from three public beaches, restuarants, water sports, wildlife viewing or boat fishing. This fully furnished bungalow provides all the essentials needed for the perfect beach getaway.

This first floor provides an open floor concept with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with seating for four people and cozy living room with plenty of seating and big screen tv. If relaxation is at the top of your list, take a quick step outside and enjoy the fully screened balcony and enjoy the summer breeze and view. The first bedroom is located in the first floor with plenty of closet space and private full bathroom with plenty of amenities. Up a quick flight of stairs you will find the charming second bedroom which has a queen size bed and a twin size bed. A full size bathroom is located upstairs as well with all the amenities needed.

On the ground floor beneath the enclosed balcony you will find all the amenities needed for a fun day at the beach. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and a full size BBQ for all your grilling needs. 2 Parking Spaces provided directly outside townhome. **** PLEASE BE CAREFUL NOT TO HIT THE FENCE WITH YOUR CAR***

Short-term rentals are available for those snowbirds needing to get away from the cold weather and in desperate need of some sunshine. Minumum age for rental is 25 years of age and no more than groups of 5 people allowed. NO parties, pets or smoking is permitted on property.

Wonderful Rental on Manasota Key

Super clean, super cute rental, great location. Host is very responsive. We had a great time on the island enjoying the sunrise on the back dock on the property, visiting the 4 beaches on the island which were lovely. The mile+ walk down to Stump Pass was worth the effort. We had a wonderful time on our quick 4 day vacation. We hope to return soon and would definetly rent this gem again. Thanks Carmin and Yasmin.
