Families, Friends, and Couples will all feel comfortable in their stay. Friends up to seven people, of any age, can easily enjoy their holidays with comfort. Couples or Families can easily accommodate with the different kind of bedrooms.
In the ground floor, the big Suite bedroom (55 sqm) with sitting room and bathroom has also separate access to the garden and to the house, is spacious, compound like a stand-alone Suite and can easily accommodate separate couples or even grandparents.

Our Private Heated Pool is new with a contemporary filter system safe and granite porcelain tiles for maximum hygiene. With a great size of 8×4 meters, max depth 1.5 meter and a very nice and useful children section which can be turned into a Jet-Spa pool, ensures you all the pleasure you may seek in your holidays.

Near to the famous cities of Chania, Platanias and Kolympari for great night entertainment but the most important with easy access to the most famous sandy beaches of Balos lagoon, Falasarna , Elafonisi and many more.

All three bedrooms are comfortable designed with new furniture, king size beds, high quality anatomic mattresses, fully air-conditioned and heated separately, have LCD TV with free Netflix, with large closets and private balconies with panoramic view to the mountain and the sea.

The Living room and Dining area are fully furnished, have Smart 48 "LCD TV, with free Netflix , a fireplace (only for winter reservations), a comfortable dining table and a modern relaxing Sofas to enjoy your time in the TV. All living areas are air-conditioned.

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price. Woods for the fireplace on winter reservations only.
✔ Heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October. The charge of the pool is included in the booking price. On summer months no pool heating needed, in case you would like an extra pool heating just inform us during your stay.
✔ Central heating on winter reservations. The fee for the central heating is 250 euro/week.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered in the middle of reservations of a week or more.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
