Beautiful, brand new, one bedroom, two bath condo. The master bedroom comes complete with a king-sized bed and there's even a second living space divided from the master with a queen bed.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with seating for 4.

Property amenities include: Olympic sized pool, kayak launching area, direct waterfront views from the pool and Marina area. Parking for one vehicle.

Absolutely no boats allowed on property or at Marina.

Pure Paradise!

The condo and Ocean Isles Fishing Village is centrally located in Marathon and was very convenient to reach grocery stores, great food venues and beautiful beaches. The pool is exceptional, which is why I booked it in the first place. Loved it so much I booked again for next year and doubled my time. Already looking forward to my next stay!
