Very clean, garage access/ parking was an added benefit, there is some bus noise in the evening, quiet area, very well-equipped kitchen, would like to have black-out curtains in the bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Our stay here was great! The host was easy to communicate with, and the house was perfectly clean and well-stocked. All the details were taken care of. It was so nice having a garage to park in, as parking in Seattle can be a challenge. A bus stop was just a few blocks up the street for when we chose to use public transportation. The townhouse was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We all got a great nights sleep after having fun on the town in Seattle. Thank you to our host for providing such a great place to stay!

Everything you need for a Getaway

This was the perfect place for us, roomy, clean, aesthetically pleasing, all amenities worked well, the garage was a blessing as otherwise you’d have to find street parking. Stores are close by, within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Family stay near Seattle Children’s Hospital

Although our stay was not a vacation, the convenient location, cleanliness and prompt attention from host Dre was perfect for our needs! The Metropolitan Market nearby supplied us with everything needed! Next time, we hope to see more of Seattle!

Great stay

This townhome was a perfect choice for us! The neighborhood is quiet, with a market and plenty of restaurants nearby. Beautiful walking/biking trail around the corner and walking distance to the university and football stadium. The host responded quickly to all messages. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Our stay over Labor Day weekend was truly fantastic. The place was exactly as described and was clean, quiet, comfortable and easily accessible for our use. The communication was extremely prompt and most personable. When we need to return we will start by seeing if this unit is available!

Great place near UW Campus

We booked this place when we dropped off our daughter at UW and the location could not be better. We were minutes from the University Village that had great shopping options while equally close to the campus. This property is located in a residential area which allows one to relax and unwind after a long day in a quiet setting. There were countless little items that made you feel right at home without having to remember to purchase or bring them. Very happy to have found this property and will definitely be booking again when visiting our daughter.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Seattle rental! The location couldn’t have been more perfect — walking distance to UW, right off the Burke-Gilman Trail, and just minutes from U Village for shopping and dining. The home itself was thoughtfully designed and ideal for two couples, with two spacious ensuite bedrooms that gave everyone plenty of comfort and privacy.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire space was spotless, modern, and very well maintained, with plenty of little touches that made it feel like home.On top of that, the host was an absolute star — communication was quick, clear, and super helpful from start to finish. It’s clear they truly care about making guests feel welcome.We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect Seattle stay!

Cozy, clean and great location

We were in town to tour the University of Washington. This home was very short drive to the university, walking distance to a very nice grocery market and restaurants. Extra bonus is having a garage- with our previous visit to Seattle we rented a condo that didn’t have parking spot and finding street parking was always an issue. The house is exactly as pictured and described. It has a relaxing cozy decor, everything we needed and great communication with our host. The home even had extra unexpected touches- like a heat lamp in the bathrooms. We didn’t have any issues but I was confident that they would be handled if we had any. Also, the checkin and checkout was super easy and instructions were given enough time in advance of our arrival. Instructions for the home were simple and easy to follow. Definitely recommend this home and host- if we return we will definitely look to stay here again.
