Wonderful house - beachfront
The house is in the Costa do Sol Condominium, 8 minutes after the Riviera de São Lourenço. The Costa del Sol is famous for its tranquility and integration with nature.
Only beach rated by CETESB as excellent, 100% of the time, all year round (The Tribuna de Santos 10/06/17).
The house faces the sea. The garden ends, the beach sand begins.
At 300m from the house we have the Guaratuba river, with clean waters suitable for swimming and water sports.
It's +1. 200 m2 of land, facing the sea.
There are 5 bedrooms, 3 suites and 2 bedrooms combined with a bathroom on the ground floor, all with split air conditioning.
9,000 liter water tank + 18,000 liter water tank. There was never a shortage of water, even at the peak of the season.
Barbecue grill
9m X 4,5m pool with whirlpool.
SKY TV. New TVs in master bedroom and living room.
House fully furnished, including appliances.
In the daily rate, already included pool cleaning every day.
