Sunset Island 30 is a modern bayside house located in a gated community. This six-bedroom, four and a half-bathroom single-family home has a balcony overlooking a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Sunset Island 30 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The delightful living room is furnished with sectional sofa, loveseat, arm chair, fireplace and a television. The full glass door and multiple windows for allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Next to the living room is the spacious, fully-stocked kitchen with a granite counters and an island, just right for grabbing a quick bite. Right off the kitchen is a dining area, perfect for delicious meals with the family. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a television. The third bedroom has a double bed, and a television. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and a couch. The third full bathroom is located in the third-floor hallway. The fourth floor has a nice sitting area with a couch, a chair and a television. The fifth bedroom is also located on the fourth floor and has a double bed and a rocking chair. The fourth full bathroom is located on the fourth floor in the hallway. The sixth bedroom is on the bottom floor and has a daybed, a trundle bed, a wicker chair and a television. This property comfortably sleeps up to twelve people, so bring the whole family!

Excellent Rental!

We had a great time staying here! The house had plenty of space with everything needed. Great location, easy walk to the bay and not a terrible walk to the beach. Would definitely stay back here!

Beach was great. Layout was of house was great. The neighborhood was great. House needs serious updating. Furniture is way overdue to be improved.

Great for extended family get together

Townhouse offered plenty of space for 6 couples to be together or enjoy some private space. Thete are nice community amenities, and it is close enough to ocean, but with children or poor walkers, you may need to drive over and park. Close to all OC has to offer. Townhouse does have lots of steps so mightt not be great choice for anyone with limited mobility. House itself could use a little sprucing up but t is a very nice rental. Would certainly stay there again and we had a fabulous week.

This rental had the perfect amount of space for us, our two kids, and my parents. We hosted another family staying nearby for a crab night and still didn’t feel crowded! The sunset Island, pool, private beach, and market were amazing amenities that made our stay easy and fun. There was sand toys, beach, chairs, and even bikes in the garage that we could use which was a lovely touch. Two things of note that made this a 4 over 5: 1) There are a LOT of stairs, so this isn’t an ideal location for anyone traveling with elderly parents or anyone who is Mobley challenged. 2) Housekeeping was not great when we got there. I ended up buying some tub cleaner and cleaning the shower and bathrooms on the second floor that we were going to be using as there was hair and dirt still in them. All in all, we will absolutely stay again! Thank you for hosting us.

it was a very nice area. i am used to staying on the beach and would much rather stay on ocean side. too many rules at the pool and didn’t like the hours of the pool and way too many mosquitoes my son is covered in bites

Good location - outdated, uncomfortable furnishings

Living room furniture VERY uncomfortable. Sofa cushions sank into frame - we propped up by putting comforters under cushions. Old, oversized wicker chairs around round table make getting around them cumbersome. Beds ok but Day bed on 1st floor mattress was awful - NO padding so springs gouged you. Bedroom Tvs need upgrading . Top oven full of grease on bottom - carpet on stairs filthy and other carpet had spots throughout. Several non stick pans are peeling and should not be used. Dark area around vent on 1st floor looks like mold. Just needs new carpet and comfortable furniture - especially living/dining area
