About the host
Hosted by Tina Moore and James moore

Hi, my name is Tina and my husband is James, we are both natives of Oconee County and we love this area. We built this unique home so we could be close to Lake Jocassee and enjoy all that it has to offer with its crystal clear water that makes it great for kayaking, paddle boarding, scuba diving, boating and fishing.
Why they chose this property
I chose the neighborhood I built in because of its proximity to one of the most beautiful lakes in the south, Lake Jocassee, and its close proximity to Lake Keowee. Additionally, the area offers numerous hiking trails and provides great views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The natural beauty and outdoor recreational opportunities in this location make it an ideal setting for the kind of lifestyle and experiences I wanted to offer residents and visitors.
What makes this property unique
What makes this property unique is its distinctive architectural design, which seamlessly combines modern luxury amenities with a rustic feel. This blend of modern and rustic elements sets our home apart, offering a one-of-a-kind living experience that appeals to those seeking both comfort and a connection to natural and traditional aesthetics. Our property features a brand new 4-person hot tub and a large Blackstone grill, both situated on the lower covered deck. Additionally, you can enjoy the outdoors in any weather with the added convenience of a big screen TV. For cozy evenings, the fire pit area is stocked with plenty of wood and supplies for making s'mores, offering a perfect way to unwind and create lasting memories.
