This unit is a hidden gem. The location is perfect for walking and exploring the town. The unit itself is beautiful, unique, spacious, and very comfortable. The king-size bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is lovely and is well stocked with anything that could be needed. There were plenty of supplies throughout the unit. The unit itself was a little difficult to access. Our GPS took us to the Main Street side of the building, and it took a while to figure out where the unit and parking were located. I don't know how the owner could have improved on the instructions. It's just a little tricky. This location and the town in general have a lot of steps, so be prepared for that. It is definitely not a town for heels. I would 100% book this unit again!
My son and I attended the second annual newly revamped blues festival, now called the Blues Party. My husband and I were married at the Eureka Springs Blues Festival in 2001 (always held the weekend after Memorial day) and we attended every year after until they quit having it about ten years ago. My husband passed away last summer and shortly after I discovered that the blues festival had resumed with the first being held that year. This was the ideal location for attending the festival as it is in the heart of town and within walking distance of all the music venues, restaurants and gift shops. We also had our own designated parking spot which came in handy during an event like this. Even though this property has only one bathroom it is quite spacious with two sinks, each being separate with plenty of counter space to place all your needed toiletries. I can only speak for the king size bed upstairs but it was very comfortable and I slept quite well. If you're looking for a place in town that is close to shopping and dining this is the perfect place.
We were three sisters meeting for a weekend getaway in late January. Benjamin’s Hillside Center condo was amazing. The location meant we could walk everywhere, to a great restaurant (The Grotto) just across the street, to our favorite bars and pubs, and fun shopping. Since there were three of us, all older adults, we liked that the unit had two bedrooms AND a tucked-away second living room area that we also used as a bedroom, so we each had some private space. The unit is spacious, modern, comfortable, with great views out the large back windows. (It is only accessible by steps, so not for those with mobility concerns.) It was too cool to enjoy the deck, but that seemed like a great space for morning coffee. Furnishings were fabulous, super large bathroom with two large vanities. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cook breakfast. Bonus points for the quality coffee! The pictures in the listing are 100% accurate. There is one dedicated parking space a few steps away from the entrance gate. We had two vehicles between us, and the paid parking lots are down the hill, another steep set of steps, just something to be aware of. Didn’t bother us as we only used one car to go exploring. I highly recommend Benjamin’s place and we feel lucky to have found it in our search.
