Great vacation spot in the heart of Nokomis. Located 3 blocks from beautiful Nokomis Beach / Casey Key.
Tons of fabulous restaurants & shopping within walking, biking or short car ride distance.
Interior features newly renovated (2) Bedroom, (2) bath (master has full size bed with en suite, shower/ b- tub, huge walk-in closet. Guest bedroom has (2) twin size beds & a large walk-in closet). Brand new kitchen, new appliances including dishwasher, microwave & coffee maker. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans all supplied. Florida room offers dining table, sofa/sleeper for extra guests. Huge fenced in Backyard offers BBQ & seating area to enjoy our beautiful weather or stargazing. Guest bath off of Living room offers shower/ bathtub as well. House has AC & heat.
There are TV's in every room. Free WIFI included with stay. We are a doggie friendly home and welcome our four-legged friends. We only ask that you clean up after your dog if they go pottie in the backyard or when walked.

The place was clean & comfortable. Close to friends & the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Having laundry was great. A very pretty neighborhood to walk the dog!

Great location

The property had a nice beach house vibe, it was clean comfortable and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Our doggie loved it and we were happy for the fenced in backyard. Scot met us upon our arrival and made sure our needs were met, even offered dining suggestions. Easy drive to dog beach, Venice shopping area, groceries etc. We would stay again.

Quick rebook made easy

Scott and Frandi made an almost nightmare very easy to manage. After having another host cancel last minute Scott spent hoirs with us on the phone and alone with vrbo. Their place was comfy, had everything we needed and was in a great location. Close to nice quiet beaches and everything youre looking for. Enjoy :)

This is a quiet reserved neighborhood with many fulltime residents. It's a safe and family-oriented community. We are only a few blocks from beautiful Nokomis/Casey key beach with the inlet for BBq's, picknicks, fishing and boating.

What makes this property unique

It's location to all the local favorites shopping, restaurants, bars and local attractions. It provides all the amenities and comforts of home.
