Family Memories/Private South Facing Pool/Lake View/AC/BBQ Grill/Wifi/Game Room.

When you arrive at Orchid Place you will find our home comfortably sits on a man-made lake in the Lakeside area of Kissimmee, Florida. You’ll enjoy eating breakfast in the enclosed screened pool area under the lanai each morning while watching the birds outside. This area has been designed for your privacy. Our pool is south facing, completely screened in with two access doors from the house and two doors to the backyard. Our heated pool ($25 + tax per night when requested) allows you the option to cool off at anytime or warm up during the cooler days and nights in Florida. Pool Heat is recommended October through April.

Orchid Place includes a master bedroom with a king size bed & en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and a Mickey Mouse themed room for the children complete with two twin size beds. TV in each bedroom. Orchid Place also offers a pull-out sofa in the family room. Orchid Place can comfortably sleep 8 people. (**All linens and towels (bath and pool/beach) are provided!)

Our home includes 2 full baths (1 being the master en-suite bath), formal living room, dining room, family room, and galley kitchen with table seating.

Orchid Place is conveniently located 30 minutes from Disney World, Universal Studios, and other Orlando theme parks.

After many trips to Florida, we decided the time was right to purchase our second home. The Kissimmee area has so much to offer that we knew we wanted to be a part of the community.
