The condo was perfectly outfitted and located.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was modernized and directly off of the beach. Great location and easily accessible to downtown Sarasota. Me and my sister had a great time reconnecting as we walked the beach and enjoyed great dining. I am definitely rebooking this place.

Typical of a Siesta Key rental the floors are hard to get the sand off of so when you go barefoot you feel it even on the just cleaned floors. The TV needs a control to brighten the picture. Also the fan on the porch is always on as the cord is missing and there is no wall control.

Very tastefully decorated.. and the master bedroom king bed was extremely comfortable which is always a main concern.A major fallback of the complex is that they provide no luggage carrier or way to get our belongings to the apartment which was on the third floor. This was a major problem for us. We are senior citizens and didn’t expect this obstacle. It will prevent us from staying here again.

Great, convenient for beach/sun lovers

Short walk to large private beach. Covered parking space. Kitchen was adequate for breakfast and lunch; ate most dinners out. Could walk to some restaurants, but the drive was short to the main “downtown” area of Siesta Key where choices were abundant. You can also take the island bus/transport. Neighbors friendly and welcoming.
