With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Great rental in a good part of town with lots of space for my family. Our family of 5 enjoyed this 5 bed room and bath rental. After staying in multiple hotels on our trip, this was a much needed spacious stop on our journey. Walking distance to many places. My wife is an episcopal priest and felt right at home in this converted parish hall.

A great place to stay for a Charleston wedding. Safe, close to neighborhood coffee cafes and a short walk to downtown. Clean, with lots of bedrooms and baths. We had a group of 9 friend celebrating 30 years of friendship. The space was great with enough beds and bathrooms. There are a good number of restaurants in a 5-10 minute walk. And if up for it the waterfront park is a 45 min walk through good areas. The off street parking was a plus.
