Tucson weekend away

My daughter and I stayed in this rental for the weekend just to get away for a few days. It was a nice quiet neighborhood condo and close to things we wanted to do. Overall it was a nice place to stay and a great price range for a 2 bedroom condo.

Nice but lacking

Location was wonderful beds were comfortable. Unorganized in the respect that toilet paper was in the top shelf of the laundry room not in the bathrooms for convenience. Had to search for towels weren’t set up properly, pots and pans stored in the oven, as we found out when heating the oven for pizza. We’re unable to find sheets for the pullout couch therefore used the bedspread from both beds as bedding could’ve used an extra blanket. Did not receive instructions for check out so we ran the dishwasher but that’s all we did. Overall, the location was fabulous. Thank you.

NOT as advertised. DIRTY! Avoid!

Anyone that stayed here after mid-March 2024 and had anything positive to say for cleanliness, you’re welcome. My sister and I only stayed one night and cut our trip short due to the fact that no one cleaned this condo between last booking and ours. Dishwasher full of dirty dishes, moldy shower curtain, dirty tub (mildew smell in master bathroom triggered asthma attack!), filthy floors, baseboards, walls…ripped comforter, nasty pilling on old sheets, no running hot water in hall bathroom, broken/chipped bathroom accessories/hardware, knobs broken off closet, disgusting film coated on washing machine agitator, left over food scraps in and around kitchen garbage can…I could sadly go on about lack of cleanliness and comfort. Pictures and video documented as proof. Next to the disappointment of the condo itself (that we checked out of next morning), was the communication of the property manager. Unprofessional, aloof, delayed. Service recovery unacceptable especially for this type of rental market. It is clear that the owner has little if anything to do with this property. For all I know there were squatters at this place months before owner decided to rent out through a sketchy property management group. You get what you pay for and boy did I learn the hard way. This was the WORST rental I have stayed in, which is a shame in this beautiful community in prime location. Book family owned, with people who care as much about your comfort and experience as getting paid.

Not as advertised

Beautiful location, extremely clean apartment to the point of feeling sterile. We were only staying one night as a family of two adults and three children. We went to set up the sofa bed about 8:30pm only to discover that there were no sheets or pillows or blankets anywhere to be found for it. We looked in every single closet and cupboard in the whole place -- absolutely nothing. Contacted the "owner" and got a formulated response that said they'd received our inquiry but we're assisting another guest and would respond to us as soon as they were done with that other guest. Finally went to bed anyway after 10 because we were all tired, fitting five in two beds. Not the end of the world, but annoying considering we chose the place thinking we would have access to three beds. (Also very uncomfortable furniture that made for bad sleep.) The next morning I got a reply from the owner that stated that their office closes at 7pm so it was too late to ask them for anything the night before and that they always have extra sheets in the closets. Nowhere in my booking had anyone told me that they wouldn't be available after 7pm. Also, why would your formulated response indicate that you're helping someone else if you're actually closed? Like I said, it wasn't the end of the world, but it was very uncomfortable for us and definitely not as advertised. And NO apology was ever given. It felt like they were just happy to take our money.
