About this property

In the Heart of Nashville

This cute home is in the center of all the fun!
The space
Our listing is located only 3 minutes walking to the Farmer's Market, 20 minutes walking distance from the Broadway, 14 minutes walking distance from Germantown, and about 30 minutes walking distance from the Gulch.

There are a ton of bars, restaurants and grocery stores within a 15 minute walk of the house!

There are 3 bedrooms: the master (king size bed) is downstairs and the other 2 are upstairs (queen size beds). And there’s a coffee machine and coffee too!

Cleaning is our priority. We have a great cleaning team and we, ourselves are on top of that as we inspect each and every before each check-in. We have zero tolerance for guests who refuse to follow our few simple rules:

-No smoking
-No pets
-Quiet time starts from 10 pm
-Absolutely no parties or events

Early check ins welcome! 70$ per hour early. Check in at 3 pm.

We host a lot of awesome and respectful guests. Please be mindful that this is our home and please treat it as you would your own.

We do not have a front-desk, however, there is an outdoor area for the guests to enjoy. We prefer to communicate through the messaging system. In case of emergencies, you can always call us. Phone numbers will be visible after the reservation is confirmed.

Nashville adventure

We loved this property! The location was in Germantown and there were lots of things to do there and a very short trip to downtown Nashville. Quiet neighborhood, layout of the house was perfect for me and friends to gather in. Love the front porch too. Property manager was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Thank you so much! We loved it.

Great Location!

Location, location, location! If you are looking to get away from the bustle of Broadway, take a look at this rental. Located in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to Nashville. We Ubered to and from the house. We were there in early October and it was busy. If you like to walk, getting to Broadway is doable. The house is comfortable and well decorated. It could use some "loving": fresh paint in some areas and the bathrooms could use some maintenance. Are those deal breakers? No. The house is in great shape. We'd definitely look at it again if we came back to Nash. Perfect for 6 people. Beats hoteling it.

Just what we were looking for!

Great house in a nice location! Walkable to Broadway, little over a mile. Quiet street with parking available. Comfortable bedrooms, great shower pressure (that’s big for us!), big, soft towels, nice big tv for relaxing after a day exploring Nashville. Very nice, responsive host. Everything we were looking for!
