If you never want to leave our cozy retreat, don’t. Want to warm-up by the fire after taking a dip in the pool? Do it. Want to feel like you’re in a dive bar while never leaving the living room? Pull-up a stool. Need activities to entertain your kids while you take a half-eye-open-snooze on the couch? Say no more. And when you want to experience the beautiful Valley, it’s at your finger tips. Leave to explore the great outdoors, or snuggle up under a blanket for the weekend. The choice is yours.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Our home, Vale Mountain Lodge, has 3 bedrooms, contains 11 beds, and sleeps a total of 15 guests.

Sleeping spaces include:

1) Queen bedroom
2) Bunk room that contains 2 bunk beds with trundles. Each bunk has 1 full bed and 2 twins.
3) Bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle
4) Twin daybed with twin trundle

Each bedroom contains a closet, with the bunk room containing a walk-in closet.

Additional, heavier blankets are available, if needed / desired.

LIVING SPACE

While an open area, the living room downstairs has four entertaining spaces. These spaces include:

1) Comfy couch space with a sectional, smart TV (Must use personal log-ins to access YouTube TV, Amazon, Netflix, etc.), and stocked book shelf;

2) Game space that contains a daybed, oversized leather chair, coffee table, games, and puzzles;

3) Children's play area that includes games, puzzles, and toys for any age; and

4) Bar area with multiple seating options, a wet bar, and barware.

We have card tables and chairs, if more space is needed / desired.

Additional throw blankets are also available.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY ACTIVITIES & AMENITIES

With two youngsters of our own, we know how easy it is to leave that one thing you really need when traveling, at home. Worry no more. We've included most everything needed to keep those little ones happy.

Baby / toddler / child amenities include 2 x Graco Pack 'n Plays, a stroller, Ingenuity feeding and floor seat with self-storing tray, toddler-friendly plates/cups/silverware, and more!

KITCHEN

Feel like cooking? Our kitchen contains the essentials, and then some, to get you through your stay.

LAUNDRY

An in-house washer and dryer are available for use. Laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and laundry baskets are available.

WORKOUT EQUIPMENT

Love traveling, but hate giving up your workout routine while doing so? Don't! Our "mini-gym" is at your disposal.

ANIMALS

While we love all animals, we only allow dogs within our home.

We provide a dog bed, 2 food bowls, and a water bowl for your furry family friends.

Dogs are not permitted upstairs, on the furniture, or in the pool. When you are not at the home, dogs must be kept in the kitchen to prevent damage to the furniture while you are away. We have dog gates available for use. Guests must also pick-up after their dogs when they use the restroom in the yard.

OUTDOORS

Enjoy our inground pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), hot tub, fire pit, grill, outdoor games, and kids' toys!

Please note that the pool is not heated, but we do have a pool cover to assist in warming the water up.

During the summer, outdoor seating, floats, children's pool toys, and more are available for use.

WINTER SPORTS

In the basement, we have a ski / snowboard rack, boot trays, and coat hooks for your gear.

No matter the season, there's something to do!

2. While we try our best to ensure that all of our amenities are functioning, we are not able to guarantee that every item in the house is operating between each group of renters. If there is a specific amenity that you are expecting, please reach out prior to booking so we can confirm it is still in operation.

3. For additional safety, there are security cameras on the property. These cameras are located on the exterior of our home. There are no security cameras or recording devices on the interior.
