The space
This one bedroom one bathroom apartment located on the first floor also has a convertible sofa bed in the living room. TVs are located in both the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is stocked with essentials as well as a Keurig and coffee pods. There is a full-sized washer and dryer available for guest use. The balcony is equipped with patio furniture so guests can enjoy fresh air. The space is also wheelchair accessible.
Guest access
Guests will be provided an access code to the door to the apartment a few hours before check-in. There is a gate that secures the garage where there is free parking. During business hours, this gate is open, however, after business hours this gate is closed. Guests will also receive temporary access to the parking garage released the day of check in. Guest will be able to use all amenities of residents by using the key fob located on the kitchen counter next to the Welcome Book.
Other things to note
In the winter months, enjoy ice skating just steps away in the Galleria shopping center. In the warmer months spend time at nearby wineries, lakes, natural springs, or just hanging out at the Galleria!

Key fobs must be replaced if lost so there is a $100 fee if key fobs are lost so please take special care of this item as to not incur additional cost during your stay. Please leave the fob on the kitchen counter when you leave.

I didn’t feel the directions to entering the complex/garage were very clear but the place was awesome. I really enjoyed the area too

A jewel of a place!

Although we had some cleaning issues upon arrival, our host/hostess responded immediately. This place really is a jewel—spacious kitchen and living room (open floor plan). Perfect location, great walking area, shops galore! Everything one would need is within walking distance. And covered parking for your vehicle! We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in town. Highly recommend!!

Clean and convenient

The condo was clean and in a convenient location with shops close by and not too far from rural or urban areas. It was overall a pretty good place for the price and location. There are a few things that were a disappointment though. The sofa was VERY uncomfortable to sit on and not a good pull out bed option for our son but thankfully we did find a blowup mattress in the closet. We were super disappointed that the pool in the complex was ICE COLD rendering it unusable. The parking was locked off many times and we had to park out in another garage.

Less than stellar

The bugs were relentless. All the summer bugs showed up - mosquitos, crickets, rollypollies and roaches. I usually wouldn’t care about a random bug or two. But there were a lot. Not 10 or 20. Random dirty dishes/towels/stained bathtub. Weird cup in the cupboard that looked like a grease catcher but upon further inspection not so much . The parking vs. apartment was very confusing. And it took 1/2 an hour for property managers to respond. It is however in an awesome central location

Hi April, We have apologized to you about the bugs when you let us know. We would like to apologize publicly here. Unfortunately, the summer months in Texas are brutal when it comes to bugs and when a place is vacated for a few days it’s an open invitation. For that we apologize. The apartment complex has regular pesticides so I’m not sure what happened. I also want to address that you mentioned it took us 30 mins to respond, however, upon further investigation of our messages, you messaged at 6:55 pm and we messaged back at 6:57 pm. Customer service and the cleanliness of our spaces are very important to us and actually are the reasons we’ve had high reviews across different platforms. We wish you would have had a better experience and we’re grateful that you chose to allow us to host when you could have chosen anywhere else. Again, we apologize.
