The Chimney Hill clubhouse includes access to an indoor pool, game room and fitness center, all of which are open year-round, and an outdoor pool which is open seasonally.

Outdoor Living Space:
Private hot tub & cover, BBQ grill, firepit (and firewood). Adirondack chairs around firepit and seating available on deck. Hot Tub Cover must be placed back on after each use to preserve temperature. To open cover, unclip all 4 clips (2 in front and 2 in back), then fold front part of the cover over bar, and then lift bar to full remove cover (cover will hang over bar). To close, lower bar, fold front part of cover back over, and then fasten all 4 clips.
