Really cute place. I do think that it could use a good spring cleaning or some renovations. It is an old building. Be prepared that the elevators are a bit scary. One had the lights out. Getting in and out was easy though, particularly for a locked apartment building with lots of door codes. It was clean, and the apartment had all the amenities available, soap, towels, etc. The terrace is really cute, and the view is phenomenal. The highlight of the whole place is truly the spectacular view, near the Conrad, just off Monument circle. I would definitely stay again.

We visited for the FFA National Convention. This was a great location within walking distance to everything we needed. I highly recommend.

Great spot, smoot experience

All was smooth from start to finish. As advertised and property manager was timely in responsiveness and on point with instructions. It is at the tippy top of the Block building and the elevators are limited, so give yourself time for move in/out. But it's also at the tippy-top of the Block building, so it was quiet and the view was excellent. 10/10, would stay again!

Details matter

4 adult men going to the B1G Football game. Seeing 4 beds made this a great place, even if one was a Twin Bed and another was a Double Bed in the Living Room. In reality, it was a twin rollaway bed and an air mattress (that we would have to blow up), both in a storage closet. 2 guys ended up staying in a hotel room.

Thx for review. Listing shows a 2 bedroom apartment with no visible queen bed or twin bed in the living room. Listing states that extra beds are a blow up mattress with automatic pump as well as a roll away bed.

Great location in downtown Indy!

We were in town for the Bands of America Grand Nationals marching band competition. We found this vrbo online. The location is perfect...about a 10 minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. The apartment was just as described and very clean. Some people complained about the parking spot. With the detailed instructions provided by Omar, we had zero problems finding the space. Parking is extremely safe..and the fact that it is included is like a savings of $30-$40 a night! We were also very pleased with the little touches. We were greeted with snacks and a great selection of pods for the Keurig. Also, great charging station with a battery pack on the desk in the living area. All in all, the stay was a 10 out of 10. Thank you so much!
