A Charles Dubois designed mid-century home in South Palm Spring's Canyon Estates neighborhood. Elegant entertainment areas include living room, dining room & bar, den, powder room and kitchen with newer appliances including gas stovetop and desk area. Primary suite includes king bed, dressing room, full bath and sliding door to terrace. Guest room includes queen bed and access to full bath. Canyon Estates offers 15 pools, spas, gym and clubhouse. An executive golf course, tennis & pickleball courts are available for your use. Home is available for rent January - April 2024 with a minimum of 60 days.
When you feel like exploring, downtown Palm Springs is just 5 minutes away by car and Joshua Tree National Park is accessible in under 1 hour.
Guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age to book with us in the city of Palm Springs, CA.
No smoking allowed
Minimum 2 months rental required - maximum 4 months (January - April 2024) $6,750 per month/$1,000 deposit, Total due upon lease signing
Bi-weekly housekeeping included for duration of rental period
Small dog considered
