House description: All the rooms are facing the sea. A lawn surrounds the house and borders the sand. The living room has 3 rooms, 1 dining room, bar with large balcony and a gourmet kitchen are part of a large single, integrated environment. Plus 1 large Home Theater with 42 'TV with SKY, DVD & Sink. In front of this set there is a pergola with table and 8 chairs where you take snacks and enjoy the sea. Ceiling fans throughout the house and air conditioning in suites and home theater.
In opposite the kitchen terrace has a barbecue area with sink and a pizza oven.
In front of the living room and bedrooms, the terrace is furnished deck chairs and benches with cushions. There are speakers to be coupled to iPods, iPhones, taking sound for all environments and terraces. All mobile operators take to it; the house has wi fi in the social part. .
The kitchen is complete, equipped with everything for your comfort: 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 1 microwave, large ice machine, blender, mixer, Sony filter, industrial stove with grill plate. The House provides guests with 3 complete dinnerware and placemats; cups for water, juices and drinks in the same set of 18 pieces for each type and complete cutlery set for 24 people. The kitchen has Le Creuset pans and red ceramic with glass tops, spagheteira, woks. The service area is equipped with washer and dryer and iron: the machinery should preferably be handled by employees of the house. In this area there is a service bathroom with washbasin outside, shower and toilet, each with separate doors.

All with shelves for clothes. The heating for the hot bath is made with electric boiler system (3 electric boilers in all). We do not provide bed linen, but in the case of need of a full bed linen can be provided by prior arrangement with guests.
Service: The house has the services of a housekeeper (obligatory hiring for the tranquility of the guests) that takes care of all the housekeeping and kitchen the basic trivial, for R $ 160,00 per day: its work schedule is 08: 30hs at 4:30 p.m. If necessary, with full house (more than 8 people) it is advisable to hire one more.
