The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather used towels, washcloths, etc. and place them by the washing machine.
BAG ALL TRASH and drop it off in the green cans in the garage.
Turn the heat down to 65.
Turn the AC units off.
Turn the lights off.
Load the dishwasher and run it. Wash all dirty dishes, pots, pans etc.
Turn the hot tub down to 90 degrees.
Put key under the red and white striped cushion by the hot tub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
