✓ This house has parking for six vehicles in the driveway. Please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not park off-site on street, grass, or on pine straw
✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. 1 car pass is included with your reservation. Please contact host 1 week prior to arrival to purchase additional car passes as we have to arrange them in advance with Sea Pines for $17.00.
✓ Dog Friendly! A dog under 60 pounds is welcome with a non-refundable $300 pet fee.
✓ Town of Hilton Head Island quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
✓ Safety equipment for the pool or spa is not included, swim at your own risk.
✓ The Pool can be heated for an additional $700/week. Please request pool heat by contacting the host prior to arrival. Please note that the heat pump only allows the pool to heat to approximately 20 degrees warmer than the lowest nighttime temperature.
✓ 4-night minimum stay is required from 8/19/23 through 5/24/24
✓ 7-night minimum stay is required from 5/25/24 through 8/24/24
✓ Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights.
