This as a great place to stay with convenient location to the Fashion Square mall and lots of good food spots. The space was nice and clean and in good condition. The owner was very responsive when we had a few issues w lighting on the rooms. I Recommend more pillows in bedrooms ( one pillow is not enough for comfort) and to get a light down comforter for warmer weather in single bedroom ( the quilt is not too comfortable) more towels and toiletries in bathrooms when staying for longer periods. Other than that it’s GREAT! All in all it’s a wonderful spot and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to rent again. Thank you!!!

After our departure the Manager hit us with a bogus 60 charge for having a pet in the unit. WE WERE NOT TRAVELING WITH A PET AND DID NOT HAVE A PET IN THE UNIT AT ANY TIME! Besides that, the Wi-Fi was not working, the light in the 2nd BR was burned out, and there were no towels in the downstairs bath. Don’t believe their webpage’s statement that management will respond to calls or emails within an hour. That didn’t happen. I can’t begin to say how frustrating this whole episode was and is. With all the VRBO properties in Scottsdale, this is one I will forever avoid.

Beware when booking this property. Something didn’t feel right when I initially booked this property, the host didn’t communicate quickly. We were literally driving down to Phoenix for Thanksgiving when we were emailed that our host had canceled our reservation after double booking. Good luck trying to find a place to stay during a holiday- they made zero effort to help get us into another accommodation. VRBO also completely dropped the ball. They claim to have a guarantee to assist when a host drops the ball. Good luck finding someone that speaks English. It was all a total nightmare with very little remorse or effort to help us in the terrible situation. I was traveling alone with my 3 young kids and planned to pick up my Husband Thanksgiving day from the airport. I would proceed with caution with this host - they are not true to their word. When they do make a mistake they will do very little make sure you’re not left with no place to stay (It may sound dramatic but finding a place during Thanksgiving in our budget was impossible). We ended up couch surfing at a friends house. How embarrassing, stressful and not ideal!
