Pros: Modern, clean apt. w/comfy bed, espresso maker, keurig, dishwasher, washer/dryer, full gym, pool, business center, gameroom, lounge) Great location! Super close to Yale, museums, shopping & supermarket. Lots of yummy restaurants closeby, Wooster Street/Little Italy, Frank Pepe's& Sally Apizza. Bars&live music super close as well. If you're here on a Sunday, Elm St. Market has a live jazz trio in the cafe area and you can eat brunch there while they play.
Owner is super friendly who kindly picked us up at train station/gave us a quick neighborhood tour when there was a bit of a miscommunication with our reservation.
Minor Con: Wish there was a stuff you should know booklet in apt about neighborhood stuff, how to work the espresso maker, wifi, etc., but definitely a minor issue that did not take away from the experience.
Con: The landlord put legal paperwork for owner in the door while we were sleeping. This meant someone had to open our door and stick them in the crack and close the door again. This creeped us out and made us worry that someone could enter the apartment at anytime. (A fob opened the apt door, not a key. There also wasn't an inside lock as an extra safety measure.) Owner was responsive when we reached out, but it made our last day there unsettling. She swore no one could open the door but us. I would like to believe that's true, but when I tried to slide the papers in the door crack myself to test it out, I had to open the door for them to go through☹️
