With room for up to 10 guests, two living rooms, an expansive deck, and a brand-new Bullfrog A7 luxury hot tub, this home is designed for families and groups seeking comfort, space, and nature.

Step into the cozy upper living room, warmed by a pellet stove and filled with natural light from oversized windows that frame the stunning mountain scenery. Leather seating, vaulted ceilings, and a 55" Roku TV create a welcoming space to relax after exploring the Catskills. Sliding doors open to the wraparound deck, making indoor–outdoor flow seamless.

Guest access
You will have private access to the entire house, including all of the outdoor areas. This excludes a few locked closets we use for storage.

The chalet is located on a private road that has a steep descent at the beginning - if there is a chance of snow you must have an all wheel drive vehicle with good tires. The road gets plowed when there is 4 inches or more. The road will usually be plowed after the storm is over and not during the storm. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip.

The home is extremely family-friendly! In order to be baby-friendly, the chalet has most outlets covered (main floor), items such as a pack n play with mattress, a high chair, a Bumbo seat, and crib with crib mattress (please bring your own crib linens). The outside wrap-around deck also has a gate, so your child will be safe. There are also many older kid games, such as checkers, chess, Monopoly, a PS3 and games, and many more.
Other things to note
Do not under any circumstances leave food outside or on the grill overnight! After grilling you should always clean the grill, not only as a courtesy to the next guest grilling but more importantly to AVOID attracting BEARS.

Only the guests listed on the reservation are authorized to occupy the property. Ten guest maximum. Unfortunately, no additional day/night guests or visitors. Guest will be charged for any unauthorized person on the property at a minimum of $75.00 per occurrence/ night. Host has the ability to cancel the reservation and remove guests not following rules at any time. If guests are asked to leave for not following the rules deposits may be kept and stay deemed nonrefundable.

Fire wood: Wood is not provided. Please do not assume that there are bundles of leftover wood from previous guests for your use. You can collect fallen branches in the wood around the house or you can purchase bundles of firewood at the hardware store or grocery store in Prattsville.
