Recently renovated 1 bedroom in-law apartment less than a mile from downtown Evergreen. In a park-like setting, you'll be surrounded by trees, nature, wildlife and mountain views. Walk into nearby park/open space to enjoy miles of hiking, biking, or snowshoeing without ever getting in a car. Apartment includes bedroom with queen bed, kitchenette with apartment sized fridge as well as microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and coffee. Bathroom with stand up shower. Private entrance via passcode. This is a lower level lock-off apartment with a family above. Some noise will be present but white noise machines and ear plugs are provided. During winter months, we suggest 4 wheel drive, snow tires or chains as the paved driveway can be slick after storms.
