Great weekend stay!! The Mountain View and atmosphere was beautiful. Clean and well maintained home. Host was very responsive to all messages and provided us with all necessary information prior to our stay. There were plenty of instructions within the home which was helpful.

Great place! Location was convenient. The only thing noticed was a dirty microwave and no suggested laundry bag that was required to use on checkout. Will definitely stay again!!!

My fiancé and I have never rented a house before so it was a new experience. Let me say that this was top-notch first class accommodations. The host was very receptive with communication and the house was absolutely lovely. We plan to return there again next summer when we travel to Raystown Lake! Lake.

We enjoyed staying at the cabin near family. It seem, though that cleaning was rushed and not all the beds were made with a top sheet. And we could not find extra sheets, but we made it work and the cabin was actually very nice and quiet.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! We had a great time visiting my daughter at college and were able to just enjoy the trip and not worry about a single thing while staying here. Communication was great and the property was clean and inviting. Would stay again and highly recommend.

This was our first VRBO experience and we are very happy we chose this little house in the woods! The host, Kurt, answered all questions and gave step by step details to get in the house upon arrival. The house is very cool, with a huge loft overlooking the family/dining room. The main bedroom is cozy with plenty of additional room. The single bath is absolutely all you would need for a family of 4-6. The front porch is a great place to sit and relax with a coffee. We saw all kinds of wildlife in the morning/evenings including turkey! The property itself is very big with enough room for several vehicles or a boat. The best thing is the location. Minutes from excellent look out views, minutes from boat ramps, and minutes from Huntingdon and countless places to dine! We brought our own sheets/pillows/towels just to give it a bit more of a homey feel, but you wouldn’t need any of that as it’s all provided. If you like TVs for entertainment, there’s no shortage of that, even on the screened porch! We feel this is an excellent place to get away, and if it’s available in the future, we plan on returning. Thanks Kurt!

The location of this beautiful property was close to the stores, diners, and scenic overlooks near the bottom of the lake. A lovely view of the mountain and starry night sky. We appreciate being able to bring out little dog with us. On one of our dog walks...We discovered that one of the neighbors is maintaining a small historic cemetery from the 1800's. They thoughtful put a bench there for sitting with the quiet. We had a day of sight seeing and a day of relaxing with movies. The couches and living spaces are inviting. The screened porch with gas fire pit was an lovely surprise. The dishes and bathroom needed a little cleaning to reach my standards, but we made great memories! I will be recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you.Sarah

Hidden Gem

We had a lovely stay at this cabin over Memorial Day weekend. It is tucked into the mountains but within easy walking distance to a nice little nature trail by the river. The enclosed porch with a view of the mountains made the stay. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had quite a few spices. I would highly recommend this property.

Quick and easy stay

Place was good location. Super quiet and nice outdoors. Floors were sticky and fans had a large layer of dust on them. Lots of outdoor cameras on you too.

The perfect family spot

This home is truly beautiful and the view was amazing! We enjoyed everything from watching the wildlife from the large porch to s'mores over the campfire! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay! It was wonderful to cook meals for the family in the well appointed kitchen! I can't say enough good things about our amazing visit! I definitely hope to stay here again during the next visit to see my new grandbaby! Thank you so much!

Great stay

This property is just a 10 min drive from Huntingdon. The loft is perfect with beds for 5 people. The master bed was comfortable. The porch is a nice option and firewood to make a fire if you desire. It is on a loop off of a main road with other nice houses. The owner communicated well and was easy to work with. We would look to rent again in the future.
