This recently remodeled downtown gem is located at corner of Washington and US 95, just few minutes from Downtown LV.
It has beautiful and spacious backyards with many amenities:

This is newly furnished house with all furniture and equipment new…beds, mattress, dining table and chairs, living room, kitchen equipment and utensil, outside furniture and much more…
The house has 3 bedrooms with queen bed in each room.
All bedding is new of higher quality (cotton).
Each bedroom has a 55” smart tv (6 tv total in the house).
It has 2 full bathrooms with glass showers and rain affect shower heads.

Cabana with two sofas to cool off in hot summer days

Guests have access to the entire house with one parking space in the driveway. Other parking spot in currently owners storage and not available for guests.
