Our condo is located in Summerlin, one of the most sought after suburbs in Las Vegas. Gorgeous, modern, tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable, tiled living areas, private condo, located in a family oriented gated community, Wi-Fi, Keyless entry.

Approx. 1,277 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths

Contactless check-in - guests can check in and out very conveniently without any person-to-person contact using a smart lock for contactless entry.

If guests have to cancel their trip any time prior to arrival due to contracting COVID-19, whether the cancellation is government-mandated or not, we offer a credit for full value and flexible stay dates within the next year (subject to availability) at no additional cost, or a full refund whichever the guest wishes.

This property is located just a few miles from the world famous Las Vegas Strip, featuring shows, gaming, rides, dancing, and the finest dining experiences. It is a furnished gorgeous first floor, single level 3 bedroom condo in an immaculate gated community and in one of the best suburbs of Las Vegas, with pools, spas, gyms, club house and BBQs. It is located minutes to Red Rock Canyon, Red Rock Casino, shopping, Wet N Wild and more.

The living room features modern luxury décor with an LED flat screen internet Smart TV. Besides being centrally heated and cooled with dual pane windows, it also has a fireplace and a ceiling fan. Relax in comfort in this swish lounge while browsing the web, watch TV, or even Skype your family and friends anywhere in the world. The floor coverings have been newly upgraded. Reliable super high speed internet with desk and comfortable office chair for business/office tasks.

The master bedroom has a luxury King Size Double Pillow Top mattress, 1500 thread count linen, dressing table and flat panel TV with a large walk-in closet and spacious ensuite with dual sinks, a bath and separate shower.

The second bedroom is at the opposite end to the master bedroom and has bay windows, comes fitted out with a Queen Size Pillow Top mattress with coordinated 1500 thread count linen, mirror and a walk-in closet.

The third bedroom has two beautiful white Alexandra twin beds with quality linen and bamboo mattress with night stand and mirror. This bedroom also has its own walk-in closet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and amenities stocked with cookware, crockery, coffee machine, dishware, silverware, modern track lighting, and a pantry cupboard.

The dining area which also has modern track lighting, has a beautiful table setting and chairs. The kitchen flows easily into the dining room and living room.

There is a spacious fully appointed laundry. The kitchen opens onto a porch with outdoor seating.

The condo sleeps 6 people and is in a beautiful community that has pools, spas, a club house, an equipped workout facility, parking, playground/park, with expansive walkways and manicured gardens.

It is conveniently located in a prestigious suburb, within a few miles of the many casinos and entertainment venues that Las Vegas has to offer, the closest being the Red Rock Casino. It is within walking distance of a myriad of shopping centers and a strip mall featuring restaurants, numerous take-away outlets such as Starbucks, The Bar, Sushi Tower, Big Dragon Chinese, Fuddruckers, Tropical Smoothie just to name a few, dry cleaners, pharmacy, hair salon, health club, supermarkets, etc. You can see the Las Vegas strip in the distance while standing out the front door, yet are away enough to relax in the quietude of suburban living. The 215 Beltway is within close proximity, making access to The Strip easy.

Great Winter Stay

Great gated location in Summerlin. Cozy condo with all we needed. Grounds are well kept and manicured. Two pools and hot tubs on property which were an easy walk. We were there Jan.thru Mar. so the pools were closed, but one of the hot tubs was open. Owners were very responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet place to hang your hat, this is the ticket.

Nice Stay

My family and I spent a weekend at this condo and really enjoyed it. It was clean and comfortable and just the right size for our family of six. We liked that it was located in a more suburban area, but still within easy driving distance of the Vegas Strip (15 min. or so). We also visited Red Rock Canyon which was also about 15 minutes away. I would recommend this for anyone who would like to visit Las Vegas, but not spend their entire time down on the Strip. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Red Rocks Base Camp

The condo was very nice and comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom, as well as the huge walk-in closets were highlights. We were climbing at Red Rocks for the week, so the 10 minute drive was spectacular! We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. If you like to cook, the kitchen could be better equipped, but the place was great! The owner was very helpful and friendly with all communication.

Summerlin Condo

Great location if you want to get away from the Strip and enjoy the sites and activities around Las Vegas. The complex is secure and well maintained. The listing is accurate and the ample photos show exactly what to expect. We did experience a couple issues with the appliances, but the owners rep was responsive and these issues were completely resolved. We would recommend this condo.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed in this condo from Jan-Mar. It's very nice, clean, and spacious. Everything we needed was provided and in great condition. The beds were comfortable and the walk-in closets were large and great for storage. We felt very safe and comfortable in this gated community. This is a 1st floor condo with easy parking right near the door. The location was perfect for us as we spent most of our days hiking and climbing at Red Rock Canyon, which is about 15 minutes away. There are many restaurants, grocery, & retail stores nearby. It's close to local casinos and about 15 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. The owners were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Fantastic Condo!

I rented this condo to attend my son's wedding. Because I have 3 high school aged boys, I did NOT want to stay directly on the strip but wanted to be conveniently located to the strip (where the bridal party & rehearsal were), Springs Preserve (for the wedding) and the airport; this condo fully met our criteria! Everything was within an easy 15 minute drive. The added bonus was Red Rock Canyon being so close which gave us a great location for a morning hike. The condo was beautifully appointed and allowed the 5 of us plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the pool in the evening and felt safe in the community. Albertson's grocery store and several fast food restaurants are just 5 minutes away which was also super convenient! Shonnie was EXCELLENT to work with too as I tried to figure out where to stay and she answered all my emails immediately, regardless of the time sent.

Perfect off the strip Las Vegas vacation spot

Clean, comfortable, safe and away from the crowds - this was the perfect spot for a vacation with our grown children. Condo was thoughtfully furnished so it felt like home. Convenient shopping nearby for forgotten items or stocking the pantry. Bike rental close too so hubby could keep his exercise routine going. Quick trip to the strip when we wanted to experience the quintessential Vegas. Red Rocks Casino was close when we wanted smaller crowds. We took in a first run movie there. Easy day trips to Red Rocks Canyon, Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire. Loved the welcome booklet which included useful information - including immediate care facility, which unfortunately, was needed during our visit due to an infection flare up. Property manager was helpful, friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

sparkly clean roomy condo

Five ladies stayed here for a tennis tournament at Spanish Trails. It was perfect for us all. There was no problems finding it, or getting into the complex. It was very quiet. We briefly heard the neighbors above us but it was not a party or anything crazy like the hotels on the strip, just a little walking and only once did we hear them. It is a condo not a house and that is to be expected. We have not yet received our damage deposit but I am sure it will be here it has not been 10 days yet. We arrived a tiny bit early and Shonnie was so nice letting us get in. The beds were so comfortable, we all had no problems in any of the beds. The best part was the pool that was heated and we had it all to ourselves plus the nice clean hot tub. It was so nice and quiet in the complex we all had a relaxing time. Getting to and from the airport is easy and to the strip. You do need to rent a car. It looks like many upgrades have been done to the unit. The kitchen is nice and modern with everything you can want in there except food of course. My favorite part is the location on ground level, right next to our car we could unload our stuff without a bunch of stairs. There are a couple of stairs going into the door and that was it. Customer service was excellent I was able to text questions up to the day before and get prompt answers. I would recommend this place to friends and I will probably be back again next year. We actually would rent the same unit and maybe one more for a bigger group coming back next Oct. The washer and dryer really helped us to pack light, it was hot and we did need to do laundry. My only recommendation would be to provide old towels for the pool so we did not have to pack them in our suitcases. Just some cheap WalMart beach towels no one has to worry about but also not pack.

It's awesome the pool was heated for y'all to enjoy. The owner has given me the thumbs up to get some beach towels. I thought I would have luck picking them up now. However, all our stores have moved out the beach towels in exchange for Christmas decorations. By the time you come back, we'll have them for your group even if I have to order them online. Oh and just so we don't give a prospective guest the impression a car is not necessary, please keep in mind, these ladies are athletes. Although the grocery store is close, unless in good physical shape, the distance may not be within walking. Very comfortable stay

My family and I were in Las Vegas for a work project for a few months. We are glad we chose this condo to rent, it was well laid out, spacious and a short walk to the pool! It had everything we needed for our stay and we met some really wonderful people in the community during our daily swims at the pool. For our group of four it was just perfect, there was even space for a visit from the grandparents.

Spotlessly Clean Very Comfortable and Convenient

Right from the start it was an excellent experience. Booking was easy and check in even easier. From the front door to the kitchen to the bed rooms, the condo was beautifully appointed with enough room to spread out. The linens were very luxurious and the mattresses were high quality and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook meals with a full size spotless fridge, a large oven and microwave, and it was nice to have the convenience of a dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer were also convenient for our stay and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. Check-in was so easy with the keyless entry and also very convenient for our family to access the condo. We felt very safe in the community. The community is quiet and peaceful with plenty of parking right outside the condo. The supermarket grocery stores and several fast food places and restaurants were just a couple minutes away which was so convenient! Plenty of clothing, pet stores, etc as my wife enjoyed shopping too. The condo was close enough to the strip, but far enough away to be peaceful. The entrance onto the major freeway was close and easy to find and made it quick to get to all parts of Las Vegas . The community facilities and pools were excellent, especially the spa pools which we enjoyed enormously at the end of the day. We spent plenty of time on the world famous Las Vegas Strip and enjoyed the world class entertainment, night life and great dining and also loved the hiking and horseback riding at nearby Red Rock Canyon. Plenty of sight-seeing to the Hoover Dam, Valley of Fire, Death Valley, Lee Canyon, Mt Charleston and further to the awesome Grand, Zion and Bryce Canyons, taking in the Route 66 experience along the way at Williams. It was FAR BETTER than a hotel considering how much hotels charge for multiple rooms and resort fees, etc. This condo far exceeded our expectations and it came at such a great price! We have recommended it to our friends and relatives and will definitely return. THANK YOU.

Great time

I stayed here with 4 of my friends for a hockey tournament. The house was plenty big enough for all of us. Everything was clean and up to date. It's location was prefect because it was just a mile away from the ice rink. Hot tub was nice and big too. Would stay here next year.

Outstanding accommodations

Three members of my company shared this beautiful condo during the recent Consumer Electronics Show. The unit is impeccably maintained and the furnishings were very nice. We used the in unit washer and dryer and had breakfast every morning in the very modern kitchen. The bedrooms and closets were much larger than we expected. The commute to and from the show was just over 20 minutes which was easy. The best news is that when you compared the cost of three of us staying in this condo versus a hotel of the Las Vegas Strip we saved over $300 per night per person. We will definitely consider staying here again next year.

Wonderful experience

Four adults shared this beautiful gated condo in mid-November in west Las Vegas, we were on a golf outing and the location couldn't have been better. We were near excellent shopping places, restaurants, and golf courses such as Arroyo, TPC Las Vegas, Badlands, Highland Falls...). The 215 freeway, which made for easy moving around, was only minutes away, so travelling to the Strip was easy and fast. The condo was clean and had all the amenities you would need, plus the community hot tub was great (pool was closed due to the time of year) but looked very nice, well kept. Shonnie was easy to deal with and the communication between us was never a problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Not only was the apartment incredibly clean but the grounds were really nice. The pool and hot tub were delightful as well. The management organization was incredibly helpful with questions and we received our deposit back promptly. If we return to vegas again we will definetly rent this again. Super clean and comfy!!

Wonderful Trip

We loved staying at this property. It was very impressive and the property was well maintained.This condo was very impressive and spacious. Everything we needed was provided.We liked it also because it was close to the strip and close to Red Rock casino which we were very impressed with along with Red Rock canyon. Next time we go back to Vegas we will check to see if this property is available. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

By the way, if a Homeowner in another area needs a reference for your family. I am not making it up when I mention you left our condo in the best care of any guest we have had in over two years. It looked as though the maid arrived and just needed to change the linens. You're absolutely a 5 Star guest.

Tough time getting security deposit returned

The condo was fine except for a number of things: 1. It was possible to hear noises from neighbors living above us. 2. The floor had not been properly cleaned. 3. There were some hairs left in the bathroom shower. The BIGGEST PROBLEM was getting my security deposit returned from the lady renting the premises. Five and a half weeks after we vacated the condo the lady claimed that we had ruined 5 bath towels and 3 hand towels.( I had spoken to her about two weeks previously regarding my security deposit and she never mentioned anything about the towels). As I had no way to prove the towels were damaged I agreed for her to deduct the cost of replacement towels from the security deposit.. I asked her to provide a receipt of purchase and to return the balance of my deposit. I received three estimates from her regarding the cost of replacing the towels, each time getting more expensive, the final estimate $27 to $49 per towel . Despite this, I still agreed to cover the cost of the towels and she agreed to return the balance of my deposit immediately. Unfortunately, the balance was not returned immediately so 16 days later I sent an email to HomeAway Customer Support explaining the situation in the hope of getting back the balance of my deposit. The next day I got an email from HomeAway Customer support saying they had contacted the advertiser on my behalf. On the same day, I got the full amount of my security deposit returned. This was 8 weeks after we vacated the premises. The lease agreement says the deposit will be returned within 10 working days. This is the first time we have had a problem having our security deposit returned.

Dear Guest, thank you for your honesty with regards to admitting that you soiled a load of spa quality towels that range from $27.00 to $49.00 depending on the size of towels. Additionally, I would like to thank you for disclosing that you received the FULL security deposit even though we mention in two separate areas in our contract, as well as our entry details that our Spa quality towels are not for pool use. We request that guests bring beach towels if they plan on visiting the pool. This is due to the fact that our Spa quality towels are pricey. We put in writing that the deposit will be returned within 10 days provided the condo is left in the condition received, less normal wear and tare. The part you did not disclose however, is that you were aware I was on bed rest at the time you departed, due to four surgeries for Cancer removal, followed by a broken foot, resulting in my inability to shop and replace the towels at that particular time. You neglected to mention that I offered to return $300.00 of the $500.00 immediately and I would wait for a sale. However, you demanded that I replace the towels, as you mention in your review and provide a receipt. As a result, of my inability to shop causing a delay in the remaining balance of your deposit, we felt we would return the FULL balance in an effort to express our apologies for the delay in returning your balance in a timely manner. However, that was not good enough for you!! A FULL refund, still resulted in you making malicious, and false accusations about hairs in the shower and a less than sparkling clean floor. I take pride in my condos and their cleanliness as EVERY other guest mentions in their reviews. Please future guests, take all into consideration. We did the right thing here, did this guest? It's apparent he is an effort to harm our family business, as if Cancer has not hurt our family enough. I am at a loss for words.

Great condo. Had everything we needed for our stay.

We spend 5 Days at this condo. It was spacious and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. The subdivision is in a nice neighbor, not far from the Strip, Red Rock Canyon, grocery store and restaurants. Shannon was available to answer any question we had. Would rent it again.
