Property nice spot quiet,beds not very comfortable at all,sheets did not look clean.The kitchen is very small and pans need updating as well as the deck.pull out couch definitely not usable. Over all it fits your purpose to be on the water not sure if there was a closer boat ramp.

Top shelf property. We loved it. Very nice lakehouse. Grant was great to answer any questions and provide all info we needed. It's very peaceful as well. We loved the location, close proximity to places we visited. I highly recommend this lakehouse. Will definitely stay here again.

Spacious quiet house on the lake

This place was great for our family with plenty of separate places to sleep and a fun yard and dock for the kids. The location is only about 10-20 min from most activities and sites around Hot Springs.

It was a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood. The sun room was delightful to have coffee in and watch the ducks fly in. Lots of birds to watch too.

The house was what we needed (5 women aged 55 and over) for a girls weekend. Price was great. Beautiful location on the lake. House was clean and well maintained overall. We had some plumbing issues but the next door neighbor addressed for us.

The property was in a nice location. With easy access to the lake and town. However, the house was not very clean. And it had an odor. I was disappointed because all the reviews had said how clean it was. I had no interaction with the home owner or management company. The neighbors were great. Easy keypad entry.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. Everything was perfect. The lake was beautiful and sitting in the sunroom and or on the deck was just wonderful. There were a few things that I think the owner would like to know. The toilet in the bath outside.does not flush properly. Several of the lights did not work, or the bulbs were burned out. Also, it would be nice to have a few more dishwasher soap cubes there. We like to keep the kitchen clean and so we ran the dishwasher quite often.
