This Penthouse is ideal for family reunions. Enjoy every day's perfect sunset on the terrace with jacuzzi. This unit is part of Blue Residences, an oceanfront luxury condominium resort located at Eagle Beach, Aruba. From this two-level condo you will enjoy spectacular 180-degrees views of the Caribbean. The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen and a Living/Dining room area, a full bathroom, and a beautiful terrace with jacuzzi.

Lower level features 3 bedrooms and small tv- room. Each bedroom with its own private bathroom. Master bedroom with a touch of white ambience, king size bed and a private balcony with ocean view. Second bedroom also with view to the ocean and queen size bed. Third bedroom with two full size beds.

Nearby you can enjoy shopping, fine dining, water sports, casinos, ATM, food market and golf at Robert Trent Jones II 18-hole championship golf course or at the striking and conveniently located Divi's 9-hole course.

Amazing!!!!

Loved this place. The penthouse was absolutely spectacular. We spent every night in the hot tub looking out at the stars and the beautiful eagle beach. Highly recommend this unit. I'm already planing my next trip!

Great location

The listing is very accurate. The layout of the place was amazing. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed being within walking distance of both Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. We prefer being away from the busy high-rise hotels. 10-15-minute walk to out to dinner at Palm Beach restaurants is an easy walk

Great location. Rooftop with hot tub is the star of the show. Beds are uncomfortable. Dryer barely works. Dishwasher doesn’t work. Kitchen amenities could be improved. Door lock had to be replaced after days of not being able to get in without the assist of the on-site property manager Ursula who is lovely. Overall the unit is a bit rundown and could use a coat of paint.

Amazing view

The view was amazing. One of the beds was broken. It was obvious enough that a cleaning crew should have noticed while making the bed. It took a few calls before we got someone to fix it. The humidity caused some mold to collect in the door channel. That should be cleaned.
