Excellent property for a large family stay or reunion. Near lots of interesting areas to visit. We enjoyed Peck Farm and Butterfly House and nearby orchards/wineries. The House and property were well maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Memories Made

Memory Farm was the perfect setting for 4 generations to make memories. We loved the historical beauty of the farm house and barn. Thank you for being excellent hosts. We will miss Dill, Pickle, Bean and Spout!

Great place for family to just be together

The Goat House was the perfect place for our family of 11 people to stay. The property is spacious with plenty of nooks for conversation, play and of course fun petting and feeding the goats. The house was simply beautiful with a large family room, living room, dining room and kitchen. We could all hang out together or have space to spread out. Additionally the rooms where upstairs which allowed for quiet sleep if you needed a nap. I would highly recommend this property if you are a larger family group, or just friends who want and indoor and outdoor combo to relax at.

Wedding Central

We had 3 generations at the farm for a wedding for one of the youngest generation. The house was a wonderful place to stay & a great place for the wedding party to prepare. The bridesmaids loved enjoying the gardens, goats and chickens in their downtime. The photographer found numerous opportunities for stunning pictures of the bride, bridesmaids and family. it was an amazing place to prepare for the wedding. Thank you so much!!!

We enjoyed spending time together as a family, but unfortunately our stay was impacted by a few significant issues. The biggest concern was the lack of adequate air conditioning. We stayed here in June and the home was miserably hot and uncomfortable (80 temps) at all times, especially at night, making it very difficult to sleep. The home is advertised as being air conditioned, but the AC unit was not working well, if at all, during our stay. If you are planning to stay here during the summer months, this is definitely something to be aware of.We also had trouble communicating with the host. We tried to contact him multiple times about the air conditioning issue before he finally responded. On the third day of our stay he did supposedly send someone out to fix it, but the issue was never resolved.The home itself has potential, but much better climate control and more responsivecommunication from the host would make for a much more enjoyable experience.

I received a call from the guests in the morning and returned the call within hours. This is not a hotel service, this is a 1840's farm. We had an AC tech to the farm the very next day. We are experiencing a heat wave in the area and our system was working extra hard to keep up The guests expectations of the farm are far too high and should consider staying at hotels in the future if they need immediate assistance and perfect temperature controls

Amazing Experience!!

My sisters and I stayed at the house for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, charming home. From the moment we arrived, we felt this was a special place. We hosted my niece's bridal shower is the "Memory Farm" barn and it could not have been more beautiful. The property was peaceful, charming and so different from a typical restaurant event. We were able to make it our own and share the day with our new goat pals who peeked through the window:) We had great communication throughout with our amazing host. I can't give a high enough review to the house and the property. Do not miss this experience!

Overall a great stay! It's a very cute property! We stayed with some of our bridesmaids and groomsmen for our wedding weekend. The goats were very friendly, house was clean and comfortable, and host was responsive. We were confused and thought the whole backyard was the goat pen, because those sneaky goats got out of their pen and were wandering in the bigger fenced area eating the flowers! The host responded promptly to let us know it was the backyard and we could enjoy the space. They said they would come to check on the goats later that day, but they ended up not needing to because the goats had their fill and walked themselves back into their pen! Only had a couple downsides--a closet door fell off, and we were glad we didn't have a full 14 guests because it would've been hard to fit 14 adults. The couch listed in the main bedroom could really only be a sleeping space for a toddler.
