Experience the perfect blend of comfort and nature in our charming lakeside house. This idyllic retreat offers a serene escape with its picturesque setting and a range of amenities designed for relaxation and enjoyment.

Step outside onto your private dock, where the tranquil waters of the lake await. Whether it's fishing, boating, kayaking, or simply unwinding by the water's edge, the possibilities are endless. Immerse yourself in the soothing warmth of the hot tub, or gather around the crackling fire pit for a cozy evening roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the night sky.

Retreat indoors, finding plenty of space for R&R with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a large living room and full kitchen and dining area. Indulge in the beauty of all seasons from the comfort of the four seasons room, offering stunning views of the changing landscapes throughout the year.

FOR SUMMER BOOKINGS ONLY (Memorial Day - September (AC only)) enjoy additional detached living space including a kitchenette, living space, full bathroom, queen and bunk beds (sleeps additional 4), game table and outdoor dining!

Located on Lake Madison, just a couple miles off of Highway 34 on a paved road, this lakeside house offers a serene retreat while being conveniently close to local attractions and just down the street from the known 'Broadwater Bar'. This was a wonderful property with all the amenities and provided our family with a much needed vacation. We had every type of weather during our stay but we enjoyed them all as we sat in the sunroom and watched the lake. Definitely recommend and will be back!!!

Lovely Lakeside

Our group immensely enjoyed our stay at the lovely Lakeside property! The garage is such a fantastic space for kids. The sunroom, backyard, dock and views are scenic and relaxing. We'd love to return next summer!

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time. The home was nicely updated and was the right size for our family to enjoy. Being able to walk right out to the lake was very peaceful. We enjoyed all the amenities like the fire pit and hot tub. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect summer getaway

This lovely cottage on the lake was perfect for our family. The home was lovely and clean with ample space and beautiful views. Everything was supplied for what we needed to cook meals, have s’mores over the campfire and even kayak. We were able to keep our boat at the dock which was super convenient. Micah you were a great host! We hope to come back soon!

We had a great family trip with our kids! The house was super cute and plenty of room. Location was easy to get to and the with boat ramp right next to house that was very handy! Kids loved the garage cause they had their own space. We will definitely be back!!

We had the best time! This house was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we need. Only thing missing was a blow dryer. Loved how comfy it was. Lots of throw blankets! And hot tub was great with plenty of towels. Highly recommend.

Relaxing Getaway

Property was very clean, neat and not cluttered. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all the necessities. The sunroom has two of the most comfortable chairs to sit, recline or take a nap in while listening to the water hit against the shore. It was nice just to sit out in the chairs at the end of the dock or around the firepit and watch the fish jump. Very relaxing and just what we needed.
