With a private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day, a roof top deck, a home theater, a game room and more, you'll love this house that is new to Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals. You'll enjoy 8 bedrooms, each with a full private bath, plus 3 half baths, 2 laundries and an elevator.
Located in Gulf Shores AL right across the street from the main public beach and the famous Hangout! Perfect location for events at Gulf Place including the NCAA Women Beach Volleyball Championship, Annual National Shrimp Festival, Oyster Festival and more. Enjoy great beach and Gulf Shores views from the rooftop terrace. Hangout Vista is directly across from the west side of the public beach.
Hangout Vista features a private outdoor 14'x16' gunite pool with a large deck and a convenient pool bathroom. The top floor has a theatre room with 9 reclining chairs and a game room with pool table and tabletop video game plus nooks for 4 to sleep. To top it all off, a great rooftop deck!

1st floor: Living & Dining Areas, Kitchen, Half Bath, Laundry, Queen Bedroom with Private Bath, Bunk Bedroom (2 twin bunk beds, sleeps 4) with Private Bath
2nd floor: 4 King Bathrooms, each with a Private Bath, 1 Bedroom with 2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4)
3rd Floor: 1 bedroom with 2 Queen Bunk Beds (sleeps up to 8) and 4 twin built-in beds in the game room. Theater room and laundry.

The well-equipped kitchen has 3 refrigerators, double range with 2 ovens, a commercial ice machine, 2 microwaves, 2 coffee makers and 2 Keurig's and everything you need to cook and serve a feast.

Parking for 6 vehicles, 3 under the house and 3 in front of the house.

House is immaculate and in a great location. Views on the roof deck are amazing. Elevator is a nice touch to get up and down. All the amenities you could ask for in a beach home - would stay again!

We stayed 1 week with a large group. House is very nice overall. There is plenty of as saw so as s saw 1/a we zZroom for 20SW we a Location is great and very clean. Swim spa needs repair and did not work as it should. Pool did not seem to stay heated for the entire stay.nsA

The perfect home

I have a large group of friends, it can very difficult finding a place accommodating and comfortable. This house checked all the boxes. Plenty of fridge space, plenty of rooms, beds, bathrooms, and space. Great location, able to walk to many great restaurants and bars as well as an east stroll to the beach. Not far from some of the top golf courses in Gulf Shores. Like I said, checked all the boxes. Loved it.

Overall the house was amazing. The pool was green on our arrival and we were not able to use it for the first day and part of the second day. It did take 2 phone calls to get someone out to clean it, but once that was done the pool was amazing. House was very spacious, plenty of room in the 3 refrigerators, loved having ceiling fans in every room. Housecleaners need to pay a bit more attention to bathrooms ( dirty foot prints on bathroom wall) , overall house was very clean and we had a great time.

August Visit

We were very pleased with the location, size and conviences at this rental. Only issue was there seemed to be an ant problem. We did notify and they sprayed for them around the pool but we were not able to sit on the edge of the pool or be covered with ants including sitting in chairs on the deck (ants around feet). However, by the last few days discovered there were ants in the third floor bathroom also. Location was excellent, house contents excellent and the best part was the commercial ice maker in the pantry! Thank you.

If we could change one thing, it would only be that the home come equipped with dressers or closet shelving to put our clothes away. When required to stay for 7 days, it would be great to have somewhere to put everything. Definitely not a deal breaker though. We will come back to this home

The views from the house were amazing and the house is placed in a great location with access to the beach. The house was spacious and provided a great spot to work and collaborate. The property management was outstanding and met our every request promptly. The house was struck by lightning during a storm which did knock out the internet. The maintenance crew brought us mifi devices so we could continue working. The management team was extremely friendly and accommodating. We will be staying here again.
