Located on beautiful West Grand Traverse Bay, this very charming, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage is in the enchanting village of Northport. The living room flows into the kitchen with a dining area in between. The house has a fire pit and a large covered porch, perfect for relaxing, overlooking the expansive bay view.

It is a short walk to downtown Northport, which offers gift shops, restaurants, a playground, and much more. There is Music in the Park, an annual summer concert series, held every Friday evening. It is also a short drive to the Grand Traverse Lighthouse, Christmas Cove, and Peterson Park.

The dock is not guaranteed with changing shoreline water levels.

A well-mannered pet is welcome. Owners, please clean up after your pets.
