Resort living in Santa Barbara! 5 BR, Pool + Spa

Bring the whole family to this great home with lots of room for fun. The floor plan and large living and sleeping areas make this house comfortable for large groups of all ages. Enjoy resort style living in the luxurious saline pool and 10 person hot tub. The home is complete with multiple indoor and outdoor sitting and eating areas and beautiful landscaping. Enjoy all Santa Barbara has to offer including beaches, zoo, wineries of Santa Ynez valley and Solvang.
The space
This home has been completely renovated with all amenities. There are 5 large bedrooms, a master on the ground floor and 4 upstairs. Each upstairs bedroom has direct access to the two full baths. The outdoor space is expansive with a 40x20 foot pool and a spa that can fit 10 adults. The indoor living areas are spacious and the living/dining room is open and airy. There are multiple dining and sitting areas both indoors and outdoors including a large outdoor living room with firepit. The home can easily fit two families with children.

You will have access to the entire home. Some closets will be locked as we do keep personal belongings here.

Great Stay in Santa Barbara

Great place to celebrate our Son’s graduation from UCSB. Location is close to everything. Property is well kept and owner was attentive. And, of course we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub!, as well as the other amenities.

Amazing property

This house is beautiful, absolutely stunning. The photos online do not do it justice. Large, spacious, luxurious, clean, fresh with all amenities provided. The pool, spa, water slide are amazing. It was important to us that the pool is warm and jacuzzi hot. We were not disappointed. Our kids stayed in for hours. Pool toys, towels, outdoor shower with everything we need at our fingertips. The beds are super comfortable, and bathrooms clean. We plan to return every year when we have sports event in the area. Thank you, Ashley for being a super host.
