This cozy coastal hideaway accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the second level of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed and a 40" Smart TV.

Also upstairs are another two bedrooms. The secondary bedroom features a queen-size bed with a 40" Smart TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

There are two full and one half bathrooms in the home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The half bath is located on the 1st floor and both full bathrooms are located on the second floor.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home.

There are three living rooms spaced throughout the home - two on the main level of the home and one upstairs. Two of them are kitted with HDTVs with a Roku entertainment systems, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services.

The exterior area of this home boasts a deck within the large, fully-fenced in backyard - perfect for the dogs to run around! There's also a screened-in porch out front which is great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Grill up some food while friends are playing cornhole out back!

GUEST ACCESS

There are three standing AC units installed in the summer months - one in each bedroom. The other areas of the house (living rooms, dining room and kitchen) do not have AC as they are large, open spaces. The house generally gets a good breeze in the summer and opening the windows cools it down pretty well. We also have portable fans available for guest use.

Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. There are a couple rooms and closets which are locked and are marked private. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home.

There is a high chair and pack n' play always at the listing that is available for guests to use.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE

- We have an additional TopHost Vacation Rentals Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Rental Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in our home.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.

DOG GUIDELINES

- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.

- No dogs left home alone unless crated.

- Please clean up after your pet. $150 pet fee per stay.
