This one bedroom apartment is very cozy and spacious , it's close to everything 20 minutes to Manhattan by bus , 10 minutes walk to the Steinway street and 5 minutes walk to the Ditmars Blvd where all nice restaurants and Cafes are found and shopping tores as well. Kitchen is fully equipped with all facilities to keep your stay comfortable. Shared backyard with a BBQ grill and patio is accessible from the kitchen, A futon couch is in the living room that could be converted into a queens size bed, the apartment is in the first floor which is ground level no stairs up or down easy accessibility for everyone 😀
