We are excited about sharing our fun and warm home with family, friends, and guests! Enjoy sunny days, fishing on the dock, a waterfront view, grilling in a private fenced yard, golfing, going to the beach or soaking in a private pool which is heated. Great central location and only 1 mile from tons of nearby restaurants and grocery stores such as Publix, Walmart, Sams Club, target, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Olive Garden, Chili's, Metro Diner, Chick-fil-a and the list goes on.

Enter into our open floor plan with a huge kitchen with solid wood cabinets and granite counter tops. Beautiful lighting with over 40 LED lights throughout our home. Two refrigerators: one in the Kitchen and one by the pool area. A 55-inch Smart TV in the living room area and Smart TV’s throughout all Three bedrooms. House is enabled with cable tv and fast speed wifi which keeps high speed internet for up to 8 devices. Remote control fans in the living room and all bedrooms. Updated 2.5 bathrooms with shower stall in the master bathroom with dual sink. Main bath has tub/shower combo, dual sinks and its own separate shower. Washer and dryer available in garage. Heated screened pool. Stainless steel gas grill and fenced yard with plenty of room to store boats and toys. Huge dock area with 10,000 LB boat lift, seawall and dock with water/electric for the avid boater/fisherman. The boat lift will be an additional charge based on your boat size.

Enjoy the nearby cities of Punta Gorda, North Port, and Englewood. Port Charlotte Beach Park is only 4 miles away and multiple golf courses are 7 miles away. Short drive from famous beaches: Boca Grande, Englewood, Manasota Key, Venice and Siesta Key (named best beach in the United States multiple times).

MLB Tampa Bay Rays spring training stadium 3 miles away.

This was a great stay, caught fish to eat... and pool was good, no steps to pool only a latter, so one family memeber was not able to use pool.

Great stay

Stayed a week for a baseball tournament . The garage was great for gear storage. Only downside was the pool was so warm/hot, it was not enjoyable... but a great house. Very comfortable

I was amazed how relaxing and peaceful my stay was with my wife. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I enjoyed spending my time on the dock fishing and in the pool which was warm even at night. The host was great at responding.

Boating and swimming vacation

My wife wanted a pool and I wanted a dock to bring our boat. We both got what we wanted. The house was newly remodeled and much larger than expected with lots of open space. The pool had a screen enclosure with no mosquitos. There were lots of destinations to visit by boat near by. Stores and restaurants were close. The owner was responsive if we needed him but gave us our privacy.We would come again.

The property had most everything we could hope for. It was in a great location, near to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was great for walking the dog and bicycle friendly.It had a nice, fenced back yard along a boat friendly waterway. The enclosed lanai and warm pool was great to sit out on. The outdoor grill was a nice feature.The open kitchen and living room worked out great. The kitchen was well furnished with utensils, pots and pans for every need. The master bedroom had a king bed, its own bathroom and duel closets. The only thing we didn't care for was the wood framed bed casing, which took some getting used to.The other two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms were great for guests (or a larger family).The washer/dryer and sink in the garage was also nice to have.All and all, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Front door lock no very safe. The towel were so little ( like a little bigger than a hand towel.) Ants in master bedroom. Not much for the pool. The pool was freezing. I never went in. Anta all over patio. Gecko in house. I left many supplies there so the next person has some if the forget to buy them.

Hi Suzanne, I apologize that you had issues during your stay. Not sure why there were ants because we clean our houses after each guest. Upon receiving the news about the ants I immediately contacted our current guest who checked in 1 day after you and they did not have any issues with ants and stated the house was very clean. Not sure how the pool was freezing as we keep our heater at a consistent 87 degrees. Obviously it’s not heated like a jacuzzi but if you wanted it warmer than 87 degrees that would have been an additional fee as stated in your welcome message. Lizards are very common in Florida unfortunately and if you left the door open it is possible a lizard may have came in the residence. I asked our current guest but they did not see any lizards in the residence. I just want to note communication is key and at no time during your stay did you communicate any of these issues you were having. I would have addressed them immediately. We strive to give our guest the best service possible.

One wash cloth and two towels per person for a months stay. Heated pool was 68 degrees upon arrival therefore not usable. Owner did have chemicals added to warm the water to 72 degrees. Beds were so noisy they would wake others in the house. Torn pool screens No control over the thermostat. Locked

The residence was left with towels for all the guest and amenities for each room. There were also extra towels in the Bathroom. As I am with all my guest, I was in constant communication with you. If you voiced a concerned with the towels I would have resolved it with an overnight shipping, as my guest satisfaction and comfort is at my upmost concern. You also addressed to me you wanted more bbq equipment and I overnight the equipment to the residence. Yet to find out they were never used everything was still in the shipping box. The pool is solar heated and as I previously stated due to the bad weather unfortunately the pool will only heat so much. During your stay the weather was bad unfortunately. Given that it is a solar heated pool it is impossible for the pool to be 80/90 degrees when the weather is 72 degrees outside. Beds have never been an issue with any of my guest so I have no idea where this is coming from. Also there’s was a small tear in screen but you were complaining about the mosquitos. Unfortunately port Charlotte has no-see-um mosquitoes which are tiny mosquitoes that will fly through patio screens anyways. This is an issues sometimes at night but not a common issue. The residence was left with a terrible smell and Also the oven was filthy. In addition, I have pictures of everything we are discussing. In conclusion , communication is key and I have never had any issues with my guest. I do not want to appear intrusive so I don’t consistently reach out to my guest during there stay, yet wait for any of there concerns and address it immediately. I keep an open line of communication and am proactive about making your stay enjoyable. I apologize about the bad weather and mosquitoes which was unfortunate and did not satisfy your exceptions. Thank you

Very clean home and convenient location

We came to Port Charlotte to visit our daughter, grand daughter and great grandchildren. This home was very clean and location was very convenient to stores and restaurants if all kinds. The road though was very busy with traffic. We enjoyed time in the heated pool with the family. There were a couple of very nice Inflatable rafts for use in the pool. We had to bring our pool toys and pool towels. The pool had a ladder to get in and out. We enjoyed the screened in patio.There was a nice fenced yard which would have been great if we brought our dog. Having the 2 full baths was great as well as half bath in the foyer when family was there. Also we really appreciated the TV in bedrooms as well as living room and only one remote each with no difficulty finding channels and had all the ones we like! Our host was very easy to contact and very response.

Good place for a short stay

We rented for 20 days. How was clean, but it is sparce. No vaccum, only a broom and dust pan. Mattresses were hard and made noise when you moved in bed. Had to buy better pillows and blankets first day. Pool is a ncie size, what isn't stated there are no steps into it. Only a pool ladder, so you better be able to climb in and out. No outdoor furniture to lay out and sun by pool. Owner was prompt. Had issues with air - he took care of it. Bath towels were the size of hand towels and thin. Had to buy bath towels. Just not a house to spend an extended amount of time at. Description stated had a boat lift - fisherman's dream It was locked - owner stated there is an additional charge - was no mention of it in the description - found out boat lift didn't work anyway - owner added there was acharge to description during our stay. No pool skimmer to clean pool, had to buy one. Just a very sparce house when it comes to basics.

I am sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your experience.We do not provide vacuums or heavy cleaning equipment because we clean the home prior to everyone’s arrival. We expect our guest to enjoy themselves and not spend there time cleaning the rental home. If you want an additional cleaning we could have scheduled that with our cleaning crew. We have never got complaints about our pillows or bed but I understand it may not be what you are use to at your home.The pool is cleaned weekly and there is a lanai to keep dirt and bugs out the pool so we do not leave equipment for our guest to clean the pool. You contact us about the pool being dirty our pool man went out the same day in a few hours and the pool was clean when he arrived he did not see anything dirty.The air condition was never broken you did not turn the AC down. Our AC works with nest so it adjust to each guest. Our description indicates there is a fee to use the lift. You never made me aware prior to your arrival. Unfortunately when we turned on the lift it was not working. We sent out an electrician but the part took a few business days to arrive. Our towels are the same as the ones used at hotels and rentals . The size is also standard and comes with amenities such as soup , shampoo and lotion.In regards to the furniture, no steps in the pool etc the pictures on the website is the same exact stuff that our house has. We did not falsely advertise you rented exactly what you saw online.

Great quiet place with pool and room for the family

This was our first rental we've done and overall we had a great time. House was clean and matched the listing. Rooms were comfortable, and they left us plenty of utensils and other essentials to make it convenient. Only one small problem was the living room TV remove was damaged and wouldn't work. Granted we didn't go on vacation for a TV but it would have been nice to have a central area to hang out together at the end of the day. Other than that it would have been a solid 5 star rental.

This is what VRBO is all about

The property was clean, comfortable, centrally located, and so much better than a condo or any hotel. It is so much better to have a private pool to use than to have to share a pool with strangers. We used the pool every afternoon during the hottest part of the day and enjoyed area attractions during the mornings. The pool was warm, the way I like it. I didn't have to "ease" into chilly water. I also appreciated the fact that cable television was provided so it was easy to watch live television and I didn't have to spend hours trying to figure out which remote to use for what. Everything was like the comforts of home. That is what I liked the best.

Winter getaway

The outside landscaping in front yard definitely needs help. The inside was well taken care of and well cleaned. Appliances all worked well, and it was very convenient to have the extra fridge in the screened in porch close to the Lanai. Kitchen was stocked, though you might want to bring a sharp knife, some teaspoons, and a good skillet. Really nice to have TVs in the bedrooms, and the great choice of channels. Julio was great to communicate with during our visit. He always answered our questions in a very timely manner. We would definitely stay again.

Very clean house on the canal.

House was very clean. Nice TV and spacious bedrooms. Pool looked beautiful but was too cold to swim in. Our fault for not knowing it was a solar heater.

Great House for Family Visits

We had a large family group coming down to say goodbye to a grandma in hospice and this house was perfect. The house was spotless and had great outdoor space. I don't think there was any daytime hour without someone in the pool. Thanks to Julio for the great communication and getting us all the information we needed.
